I am a sucker for leopard prints, but I like it in small doses with my outfits. I always choose one item thats going to be the accent piece and rock it! This time it was the shoes I mean do I have to tell you how freaking hot these are? I searched everywhere for my size and luckily I found a pair at Saks before they sold out. Another item that has been on my shopping radar is high waisted jeans/pants, I find that (if they are made well) they are so flattering and help you show off, or fake more curves and tuck in the not so lovely love handles. 

Whats In My Makeup Bag

I must admit that I had completely forgotten how nearly impossible it is to find time to do my makeup with a newborn. I can't remember the last time I was able to sit on my makeup station and do my face, what I'm left with is (if husband is driving) to do my makeup in the car. The lack of time also meant that I had to find products that don't need much blending to go on perfectly and this is what I narrowed it down to.....

Mac Studio Fix powder Foundation in NC42: This is honestly my favorite (and only) powder foundation I have used. Its long wearing and matches my skin perfectly.

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer: This is one of the best concealers for dark circles with minimal creasing and long wearing. Plus the applicator works great for on the go.

Benefit They're real mascara: Works great at giving my lashes extra volume

Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighting Duo Pencil And Tweezers: The highlighting pencil is my go to to highlight underneath my brow bone and help my brows look more define,, and the tweezers are by far THE best ones I have ever used.

Tom Ford Lipstick in spanish pink and Chanel lipliner in #68 is my go to lip colors and this Victorias Secret lipgloss tastes delicious!

It Cosmetics  Universal Eyebrow Pencil: I love this pencil because it goes on so smoothly and blends so natural with my brow hair, It doesn't give that obvious painted eyebrow look.  

Doll 10 Hydragel Cream Blush gives me the most flattering flush to my cheeks and I also use it on my lips as a tint sometimes.

House Of Lashes Glue: In case I need to apply lashes on the go, I keep this baby in my bag. This is by far the BEST eyelash glue I have used and the only one that doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes.

Product Fail Of The Week: Le Volume De Chanel!

I cant even believe i'm even writing this post right now Chanel usually ranks really high on my lists of products but this mascara is a total fail. I tried every single possible trick to get my eyelashes to not clump with this mascara but it was all in vain. Another thing that made this mascara suck even more is that it takes forever to dry so when I blink it transfers to my bottom lashes and lid ruining my makeup! Chanel can do so much better then this definitely for the price tag they put on their products. 

No puedo creer que incluso estoy escribiendo este reviso Chanel generalmente ocupa un lugar muy alto en mis listas de productos, pero esta mascara es un fracaso total. He intentado todos los trucos posibles solo para conseguir que mis pestañas no luzcan como cacatúa  pero todo fue en vano. Otra cosa que hizo este rimel apestara aún más es que dura mucho para secarse y termina transferiendose arruinando mi maquillaje! Chanel puede hacerlo mucho mejor definitivamente para el precio que ponen en sus productos.

Steffany's Choice Best Of Beauty 2013: Flawless Skin Foundations!

Here are my top three makeup foundations of 2013 I pretty much rotate between these three with the guarantee of a flawless finish every time. Finding a good foundation was so important for me this year because I was breaking out so bad and needed a foundation that would offer good coverage but still looked natural and not cake. I have done a review on these foundations before so I'm just going to break down why they made it to my Best Of Beauty awards! 

Aqui les tengo mis bases preferidas del 2013 estas tres las use básicamente el año entero y las tres me ayudan a exhibir un rostro impecable. Para mi no fue facil encontrar bases que me gustaran pues este año sufrí un tiempo de acné mientras estaba en la escuela. Estas base son increíbles y las adoro ya eh hecho un revise completo de cada una en el pasado así que me enfocare solo en dar un resumen del por que me encantan.

This foundation is really amazing I get so many compliments on my "perfect" skin when I wear this one and out of the three this matches my color the best. The only thing which is good and bad is that it has SPF which again is great but not so well for having you photos taken because it might have some flashback. I personally have not had this problem but avoid using it when I expect to take a lot of pictures with flash. 

Esta base es increíble la verdad es que recibo muchos piropos cuando la utilizo por que hace que mi piel luzca perfecta. De todas las otras bases esta es la que mejor machea mi todo de piel y es la unica que trae filtro solar lo que es bueno y malo a laves. Malo por que el filtro puede hacer que luzcas pálida en tus fotos y obvio que es bueno por que ayuda a prevenir las arrugas. 

I cant believe it took me so long to actually try this one even after seeing it year after year winning Allure's Best Of Beauty and other recognitions. Well I do agree that this is an excellent foundation it has great coverage and my skin really does look and feel like silk when I use it. 

Me encanta esta base y no puedo creer que me haya tomado tanto tiempo en tratarla, pero después de ver como año tras año ganaba como mejor base en Allure Best Of Beauty y otros premios la trate y estoy completamente de acuerdo que es una de las mejores bases en el mercado y mi piel se ve como seda cuando la utilizo. 

This is definitely the best High Definition foundation out there, looks great in pictures, videos and face to face out of the three this would be my top pick for bridal and TV makeup for a guaranteed invisible cover. 

Esta base definitivamente es perfecta para el mundo de alta definicion en el que vivimos. Luce impecables en fotos, videos y en persona.

Hi beautiful, first of all thank you for reading my blog! I know exactly what you are going thru, and we have the same skin type. I am constantly trying out new foundations, but one thing that is clear to me is that our skin changes with the seasons. I find that in the summer my skin needs are very differently then in the winter. I always switch to a lighter foundation come the colder months. One thing that does not change for our acne-prone skin is that it needs non-clogging products all year round. I have tried the makeup forever matte foundation and I really liked it a lot, but it is in the heavier side. I would recommend that you try a lighter foundation or even a bb creme. I personally love Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua, it gives my skin a beautiful dewy finish but its not oily at all. For a more budget friendly I love Maybelline BB creme, I find it covers all my imperfections but it wears so flawlessly and doesn't look or feel heavy. If you are not ready to part with your current foundation, try mixing half of the amount you normally apply with your favorite moisturizer this will sheer out the foundation, helping it look and feel less heavy. Para un presupuesto más amable me encanta Maybelline BB crema, me parece que cubre todas mis imperfecciones pero que se desgasta tan perfectamente y no verse o sentirse pesado. Si usted no está dispuesto a desprenderse de su actual base, trata de mezclar mitad de la cantidad que normalmente se aplica con su favorito crema hidratante, ayudando a su apariencia y sentirse menos pesado. Splurge Of The Week/ Derroche De La Semana!

I love me some blush, I truly believe this one product can change your whole look. I do how ever very rarely splurge in this type of makeup. I went to purchase my all time favorite foundation for the winter from Chanel and came across this beautiful blusher. I just love it so much and have seriously used it everyday since I got it. It gives me just the right amount of coral and pink that my skin tone can handle and stays put all day. 

Me encanta el rubor, creo de verdad este producto puede cambiar tu aspecto. Yo cómo era muy rara vez derrocho en este tipo de maquillaje. Me fui a comprar mi favorito de todos los tiempos para el invierno de Chanel y encontré este hermoso colorete. Simplemente me encanta, y lo he utilizado seriamente todos los días desde que lo compre. Me da justo la cantidad de coral y rosa que mi tono de piel puede manejar y permanece puesto todo el día todo el día.

Chanel Soleil Tan Bronze Universal!

  I had heard so much about the Soleil Tan De Chanel, that I thought it was time to try it out! I had wanted to purchase it before, but it’s always sold out! At one point a lady at a Chanel counter told me that it had been discontinued. While I was in New York a couple weeks ago, I finally got it! Truth is, it’s just as amazing as I have heard! It is soooo velvety and smooth, it blends perfectly on skin and works great for very light contouring or all over bronze, if you just mix a small amount with your foundation. However, it is definitely not a strong bronzer, it’s very subtle and natural, which is why I love it! It actually just looks like a subtle bronze, not orange, just tanned! I love it! Do you have a favorite bronzer?

Había oído tantas cosas sobre el Soleil Tan De Chanel, que pensé que era hora de probarlo! Hubiera querido comprar antes, pero siempre se agotaron. En un momento dado una señora en un mostrador de Chanel me dijo que había sido descontinuado. Mientras yo estaba en Nueva York hace un par de semanas, finalmente lo conseguí! Es verdad, es tan sorprendente como he oído! Es tan suave y aterciopelada, se integra perfectamente en la piel y funciona muy bien para el contorno muy ligero o en bronce, si sólo usas una pequeña cantidad y la mezcla con su fundación. Sin embargo, definitivamente no es un bronceador fuerte, es muy sutil y natural, por eso me encanta! En realidad parece un bronce sutil, no naranja, sólo bronceado! ¡Me encanta! ¿Tienes un bronceador favorito?

Flawless Face Routine/ Mi Rutina Perfecta!

Moving has pretty much drained me completely, so much that I had this post ready to upload a month ago and completely forgot about it. The good thing is that this is still my makeup routine today, whenever I do wear makeup. I going to break down each product and why I use it.

El proceso de mundarme a mi nueva casa me ha robado completamente mi tiempo, tanto que ni tiempo para sentarme en la computadora para compartir con ustedes. Lo bueno es que mi rutina tampoco a cambiado mucho y sigo usando esta misma rutina al maquillarme. Les voy a explicar cada paso y porque para mi es esencial usar estos productos.

Step 1: Primer- This step has truly been life changing for me, I honestly never really thought it made a big difference and most of the time just skipped it. Then after suffering from breakouts and the ugly discolorations it left behind I decided to give Smashbox Color Correcting primer a try and fell i love. It truly does help the foundation go on more smoothly and gives me a more even and bright finish. 

Paso 1: Primer- Este paso a cambiado mi vida por completo! Empece a usarlo después que comense a sufrir de acné, por mi tipo de piel según se me aclarava la pie del acne venian las horribles marcas que le anunciaban al mundo que hay hubo una espinilla. Decidi tratar este primer the Smashbox que se supone que ayude a corregir el tono de tu piel, y ayuda a que tu base se aplique como si fuese "airbrush". Me encanta y realmente veo la diferencia desde que empece a usarla.

Step 2: Chanel Perfection Lumiere- This foundation is truly my HG but this was not always the case.  If you have been following my blog since I first started you might remember the review I did for this foundation and I have to admit I didn't really like it that much I don't know what changed about this foundation or my skin but the first time I used it I wore it once and never used it again. Then one day walking around Macy's I stopped by the Chanel counter and bought it again, only to find out I love it oh so much. It really gives me an airbrush finish and covers all my imperfections with just a small pump. I recommend this for Normal To Oily skin type. 

Paso 2: Chanel Perfection Lumiere- Esta base es honestamente mi favorita, me ayuda a coregir mis imperfecciones sin hacerme ver como si tuviera una mascara puesta. Mi piel tiende a ser mas grasosa en el verano pero esta me ayuda a mantener mi cara matte sin brillo durante el dia completo. Le recomiendo esta base a personas con pieles normal a grasosas.

Step 3: Concealer- This step is so important for a flawless look, and heres where I'm not sold on just one product just yet. I really do like Bobbi Brown concealer so much that its empty and thats a lot to say for me. It doesnt crease and it covers beautifully but I cant describe what but something is missing for me. I'll know when and if I ever find my HG concealer until then I really prefer this one over the other ones I've tried. 

Paso 3: Corrector- Este paso es muy importante para conseguir un final perfecto, yo aun no puedo decir que tenga un corrector perfecto pero este de Bobbi Brown es muy bueno y lo mas importante es que no se corre.

Step 4: Urban Decay All Nighter Spray- Love this spray so much I buy it in bulk, I have a travel size on my bag one in my makeup station, and one on my professional case. I don't know how one product can make such a difference but it does. I use it to set my makeup, to wet my brushes before applying eyeshadow and even to tame frizzy hair! 

Paso 4: Urban Decay All Nighter Spray- Amo este spray tanto que lo compro en cantidad. Hace un trabajo excelente en fijar tu maquillaje para que te dure el dia completo y sin grumos. Tambien lo uso para aplicarme sombra, lo uso al final en ves de usar polvos que solo opacan mi rostro.

My Top 3 Blushes

 To me, no look is complete without a touch of blush–it just adds warmth and a healthy glow to the overall look! I have been asked whats my favorite blush, I was very quick to respond... Nars Deep Throat! I looove it so much, its the perfect color on me and I could not be any more obsessed but there are many others I love as much or maybe a little less :) But I broke them down in to three, trust me this was not easy.
