Is My Scar And My Stretchmarks Gone? One Month Dermaclara Clarafuse Silicon Fusion Follow Up!

I had the oportunity to try Dermaclara and see if it really helps fade scars, for those off you that don't know or didn't see my video on Instagram here is the details. 

Dermaclara is a Silicone Fusion Treatment that reduce stretch marks, scars, keloids and fine lines quickly and comfortably- without painful injections, laser, or expensive and high risk surgeries. It is meant to give you medical grade results at home. 

The heart shaped Silicone Fusion sticks to the skin and can be applied almost anywhere on the body. I used one on stretch marks and one on each of my breast, to see how it helps fade my scar from my recent breast reduction. 

I also received a cleanser, which they recommend before applying the Silicon Fusion. The Claraline is a Peptide Fusion Serum recommended to use after you remove the Silicon.  

I also received a Claratone, a micropulsating device technology that helps enhance product absoption. It was pretty cool to use, it vibrates and feels pretty cool. 

I did not see much change in my abdomen area from the Dermaclara, except for the skin looking brighter and healthier no change was noted in the stretch marks. I will blame this on the fact that they are older then they probably recommend for the effectiveness of this treatment. 

The big change is clear on the scar on my breast, its a new scar (only 3 Months) so it worked really well. I can tell the improvement immediately and the area also feels smother. Here are my results after one month of using it every other night for 7+ hours....... 

Overall I'm very happy with my results, for my size scars it worked great. I will say that for the use of stretch-marks, unless its only in a small area it really does not cover much ground. Which if you consider the price tag is not a great value, for scars, or a small area of stretch marks, wrinkles it makes it worth it. 

The patch is good until it stops sticking, which happened right around the one month mark. I would love to keep using this to see more improvement of my scars. What do you guys think, is the improvements noticeable to you?

The Best Concealers For Covering Dark Circles, Blemishes, And Tattoos!

I think we can all agree when I say that concealer is THE most important makeup we use, specially if like me you have dark circles or any blemish, scar or even tattoo you want to cover. I was going thru my makeup stash, organizing and getting rid of some colors that no longer work for me and decided to share with you all my most used concealer of all times on my self and clients. I will list them in no particular order.

The one thing these concealers all have in common is they carry that perfect peachy tone that is necessary to cancel out (blue) dark circles. The second thing they all have in common is they are super pigmented which means a little bit goes a looooong way. Last but not least they are all available in stores and have a great range of colors...... Now to the breakdown of each one:

1. Nars Concealer is creamy, long-wearing, crease-resistant, and ultra-light yet opaque helps me achieve a flawless finish. I have replaced this concealer twice and for me that a big deal! 
2. Mac Studio Conceal and Correct palette is perfect to use on my clients, but I purchased one for personal use as well. With this palette I can rest assure to always have the right colors and whats even better it comes with two color correcting colors, the yellow one is great for brightening and the orange for canceling out dark circles. 
3. Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer.... remember I said a little goes a long way with these concealers, well with this one you definitely want to ha a light hand, or you will be blending forever! 
4. Kat Von D Lock- it Concealer is my go to for super heavy coverage, like tattoos and scars, for dark circles not so much on me personally but my super oily skin clients RAVE about it. Its super pigmented, water and transfer resistant.
5. Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer Kit this is my go to for a quick and fuss free makeup application, it blends smoothly. It does a good job at canceling out and brightening my dark circles and blending in with the rest of my face. 
6. Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer, the name of this product says it all! Its an all in one, conceal and treat your dark circles. I love using this anytime I feel like skipping a few steps in my beauty routine. It cancels out my dark circles and sets fairly quick which helps it not crease. 

The number one question I always get asked is how to avoid creasing, and while these concealers are great if you don't set them (or any) with powder they will move through the day. My next post will be all about setting powders ;)

If you are wondering why I haven't done any fashion posts, or makeup the reason is  I look like I haven't slept in weeks! And i kinda haven't, between home repairs, and my beautiful three year old sleeping with us every night I haven't had a beauty sleep in weeks.  Dark circles along with large pores and acne scars, is one of the most annoying things we come across as women (and even men) A super easy and effective way to remove dark circles and even lighten skin all over your face and body is using potatoes! Potatoes have catecholase which are in all of those really expensive face brighteners you buy from department stores. All you need to do is use the purree of one raw potato and apply it all over your eyes. If you are applying to your eye area make sure you don’t get any in your eyes! Leave on your face for 15 minutes before washing your face as usual! You can repeat this 3 times a week if needed! If you find you need a little moisture, try adding just a few drops of honey or Vitamin E oil. Good Luck Xxx

Las papas se han catecholase que están en todos los blanqueadores cara realmente que venden en tiendas por departamento. Todo lo que tienes que hacer es utilizar el purree de una papa cruda y aplicarlo en toda sobre los ojos y rostro. Si usted está aplicando a su área del ojo asegúrate de que no caiga ninguna en tus ojos. Dejar en la cara durante 15 minutos antes de lavarse la cara como de costumbre! Puede repetir este 3 veces a la semana si es necesario. Si necesita un poco de humedad, pruebe a añadir unas pocas gotas de miel o la vitamina E.
