Let's talk Hair

It all starts with someone we see on TV or magazine that has the cutest hair cut, the oh so perfect Victoria Secret's models with their highlights or Kim Kardashians long and luscious wave that pushes us to call our hairdresser and demand a new look ASAP. These looks never really come out as we expect, for one we are not Victoria Secret models and have their team of stylist, or the extra love of photoshopped pictures. After a few weeks we start to regret the short bob, start to feel the discomfort of hair extensions, and how not easy it is to style it on your own. And simply watch as our hair starts to loose its shine and has split ends over split ends from highlights and our new hair color. With this being said we all know that even though we know the consequences that blow drying, flat iron, perms and bleaching does to our hair we wont stop. But there are great hair masks we can do from the comfort of home with just few products that I can guarantee will help your hair, grow longer and maintain healthy so that its strong enough for our "New Looks".  Below is one of my favorite hair recovery mask.

Tip: Whenever you can; skip the blow drier, flat iron etc, you will see the difference! do the treatment below every other week and let air dry if possible.

INTENSELY SOFT THICK HAIR MASK
1/2 Cup Avocado Mashed
1 Tablespoon Lavender Oil
1 Tablespoon Coconut Milk
2-3 Crushed Vitamin A Tablets
Mix all ingredients together and cover with a shower cap. Let sit for 1-2 hours before washing hair as usual.
