How To Have Super Soft Feet !

Feet are one of the most neglected body parts, we worry about our face, hair, body and very rarely our feet. Not realizing that it takes a lot of upkeep to make sure you can wear gorgeous heels and still have soft feet and sometimes too much neglect can lead to really cracked and dry feet, NOT cute! It takes me one little trick! Of course visiting your local salon is always a good idea, but this super simple tip is one of my faves of all time and now with the cold nights around the corner makes this even more doable!

Tools:

Vaseline

Vitamin E Caspule/liquid

Socks

Scissors

Start by rinsing your feet with warm water, then pat dry. Next, place a quarter-size amount of Vaseline in your hands, then drop a few droplets of vitamin E. Work together between your hands and slather generously on your feet, one foot at a time. Then cut the toes off of your socks, and wear over night. Rinse off in the morning and go!

I highly recommend cutting the toes off, as wearing this night after night could cause fungal infections to the nail.

No se da cuenta de que se necesita una gran cantidad de mantenimiento para asegurarse de que usted puede usar tacones precioso y aún tienen pies suaves y a veces demasiado descuido puede llevar a muy agrietado y pies secos. Por supuesto visitar su salón de belleza es siempre una buena idea, pero este super sencillo consejo es uno de mis favoritos de todos los tiempos y ahora con el frío helado de la noche a la vuelta de la esquina lo hace aún más factible.

Vitamina E Caspule/líquido

Tijeras

Inicio por lavar los pies con agua tibia, luego séquelo. Luego, coloque un cuarto de tamaño de cantidad de vaselina en las manos, y luego un algunas gotitas de vitamina E. Trabajar juntos entre las manos y untar generosamente en los pies, uno de los pies a la vez. A continuación, cortar la punta de los dedos de los calcetines, y el desgaste de la noche a la mañana. Lavar por la mañana e ir!

Le recomiendo cortar la punta de los dedos, como llevar esta noche tras noche podría caso las infecciones micóticas de la uña.

Treat Your Feet/ Trata Tus Pies Como Se Merecen!

If there ever was a time your feet needed all the TLC possible is in the summer. Think about it, all we do is expose our feet. We walk around in flip-flops all day, walk barefoot in the rocky beaches of MA, expose it to the chlorine in our pools, and then force them into high heels and dance on them all night! The Lotion That Keeps On Giving!

 It's not everyday day I give with the intention of receiving anything back, but that's exactly what happened when I first purchased Lush's charity pot. This lotion is no joke it is made with organic cocoa butter which is amazing at hydrating, and evening out your skin and its tone. I do use this at night  as the smell can be a little to much to wear with my perfumes, I do love the smell thought it smells like chocolate covered strawberries (yummy).  Lush promises that all the money excluding tax will go to grassroots charities which makes this an even more special lotion. Hand Food!

It’s official! I have found a hand cream that puts the rest of my hand creams to shame!! The other day, I was shopping for christmas gifts when in line to pay I noticed a lady in front of me was commenting on how soft her hands felt from using a sample cream in the store, being the curious freak that I am asked which one in the store, she told me, and touched my hand so I can feel hers. I couldn’t believe how soft they were–like seriously soft! I’m generally a bit skeptic when I try new products, which I then put under HEAVY criticism and I have to say, this product is AWESOME! It seriously makes your hands velvety soft and keeps them soft for several washes! I love that it’s not greasy and has ingredients like macadamia oil, Shea butter and marshmallow!
