Who Wants Long Healthy Hair? Quien Quiere Cabello Largo Y Saludable?

I was looking back at some of my pictures of 2013 and could not believe how many times I changed the color of my hair and cut it. I get very bored and always like to change my look up but then it ends up MESSING UP MY HAIR BIG TIME. My hair is so messed up right now that it only looks presentable when my hair dresser works her magic. I have been avoiding cutting it at all cost mainly because my husband hates short hair and has me threatened to divorce me if I cut it short again. I will cut some off without taking too much length off, switch some products for more organic ones and try my favorite home remedies that will hopefully repair my hair and help it grow.  

Aloe For Healthy And Speedy Growth:

The enzymes in Aloe Vera, when applied to your scalp, lead to hair growth over time! I mix 3 parts Aloe Vera with 1 part honey. I apply it to my scalp and leave it for about 25 minutes before washing off. I do this once a week. 

Switch To A Sulfate Free Shampoo:

I'm trying this (cross my finger) amazing healing treatment shampoo and conditioner that are sulfate-free and paraben-free I will review after I try it out more. Sulfates can strip the hair and remove even out healthy oils that keep our scalp and hair healthy. 

The Amazing Trio: 

I LOOOOOVE this recipe so much that if you don't do anything else to your hair this alone will change your hair completely. In a bottle I mix in equal parts some organic coconut oil, olive oil, and argan oil mix these together and enjoy! I use this to massage my scalp and put some on my ends every night before I wrap my hair in a scarf to avoid friction with my pillow while I sleep.

I know that apart from our skin, our hair is one of the most important thing we as woman worry about. It is one of the first thing people notice when we enter a room but with the tips above and stepping away from the bleach and heat tools we can all have healthy envy worthy hair!

 Yo estaba mirando hacia atrás a algunas de mis fotografías del 2013 y no podía creer la cantidad de veces que he cambiado el color de mi pelo y me lo corte. Me pongo muy aburrida y siempre me gusta cambiar mi look pero luego termina destruido. Mi pelo es tan mal ahora que sólo le da un aspecto presentable cuando mi peluquera trabaja su magia. He estado evitando cortarmelo a todos los costos sobre todo porque mi marido odia pelo corto y me ha amenazado con divorciarse si me lo corto otra vez. Me voy a cortar una buena cantidad pero sin afectar mucho el largo, y cambiarme a  productos más ecológicos y probar mi favorito remedios caseros que reparan mi cabello y lo ayuda a crecer. 

Aloe Vera para el sano y rápido crecimiento: 
Las enzimas en el Aloe Vera, en el momento de su aplicación en el cuero cabelludo, crecimiento del pelo con el tiempo! Mezclar 3 partes Aloe Vera y miel . LO aplico a mi cuero cabelludo y lo dejo durante unos 25 minutos antes de lavar. Yo lo hago una vez a la semana. 

Cambiar a un Sulfato Shampoo gratis: 
Estoy intentando esta (cruz, mi dedo) increíble tratamiento curativo champú y acondicionador que están libres de sulfato y parabeno, después de que yo lo intente les cuento más. Los sulfatos puede eliminar los aceites sanos que mantienen nuestro cuero cabelludo y cabello saludable. 

El increíble Trío: 
AMO esta receta, que si no lo haces nada más en su pelo esta solo cambiará el cabello. En una botella mezclar en partes iguales entre las sustancias orgánicas aceite de coco, aceite de oliva y aceite de Argane mezclar estos juntos y disfrutar! YO la uso para masajear el cuero cabelludo y poner un poco de mi termina cada noche antes de concluir mi cabello en una bufanda para evitar la fricción con la almohada mientras duermo. 

Sé que aparte de nuestra piel, nuestro pelo es uno de los elemento más importante que como mujer nos preocupamos. Es uno de lo primero que la gente nota al vernos, pero con los consejos anteriores podemos tener cabello digno de envidias!

I wanted to review this product for many reasons, but the main is really the fact that my hair is damaged beyond repair. I have faced the sad reality that I will have to cut a good portion of it in order to help it look health again, and step away from the bleach! I also have the hope that with a good regimen, and maybe going darker I could save a few inches and not cut so much off. That is why I decided to give this a try.

My hair before/ Mi cabello antes

To really put the products to the test, I washed my hair with my regular shampoo, and applied NOTHING else. I let it air dry, combed it and took this picture. Notice how fried my ends look :(

A poner realmente a prueba los productos, me lavé el pelo con mi champú regular, y me aplique nada más. YO deje que se seque al aire, me lo desenrede y tomó esta foto. Observe que maltratado esta mi probe cabello :(

A Front Shot, Oh How I regret These Bangs! 

Step 1: Wash! Because my hair was already pretty clean I only washed once.

Paso 1: Me lave la cabeza y me la enjuage. Solo me di un shampoo por que ya tenia el pelo limpio.

Step 2: Conditioner, I used a good amount since my hair is so long but ended up only needing half. A little goes a long way. I left it on for about 5 minutes and rinsed it off with a lot of water to make sure there was no residue.

Paso 2: Acondicionador, me aplique solo la mitad de la que ven en la foto, solo se necesita una pequeña cantidad. Me lo deje aplicado por 5 minutos y luejo me lo enjuage con mucha agua para asegurarme que no quedara residuos.

Step 3: The leave in, I applied it from the bottom up, concentrating the product on my ends.

Paso 3: El leave-in este me lo aplique de abajo hacia arriba concentrandolo en mis puntas.

I didnt do anything else to my hair and went about my day while it air dried/ No hice nada mas con mi cabello solo lo deje que se secara naturalmente. 

I was very pleasantly surprised! There was a noticeable difference in ONE use. The ends of my hair

looked healthier. MUCH healthier. I can say that overall, my hair looked almost split free!!! And it feels very soft but for some reason my scalp feels itchy, and to be completely honest my hair did not feel very clean. 

Me ha sorprendido muy gratamente. Hay una notable diferencia con un solo uso. Pelo parecía más saludable MUCHO más sano. Puedo decir que, en general, mi cabello parecía ser otro!!! se siente muy suave pero por alguna razón mi cuero cabelludo se siente picazón, y para ser del todo sincero mi cabello no se siente muy limpio.

The Conclusion:

Pros:

• I really did notice the difference after one use. My hair felt softer and my ends didnt look so fried.
• It smells really good, this is always a pro for me!
• Its an affordable product.

Cons:

• The shampoo is a mayor reason why I might not continue using this line, its not Sulfate-free and that is no good for me!
• My hair did not feel clean, It felt a little heavy
• Itchy scalp! 

La conclusión: 

Pros:

• realmente note la diferencia después de un uso. Mi pelo más suave y no tan frito.
• Huele muy bien, siempre es para mí un pro!
• Es un producto asequible.

Contras:

• el champú no es sulfato-libre
• Mi pelo no se siente limpio, se siente un poco pesado
• Picazón en el cuero cabelludo.
