Anti-Aging 101: Six Tips And Secrets To Look Younger And More Awake!

There is nothing that gives up our age (or ages us more) than the skin around our eyes. Fortunately for us if we properly take care of our eye area, we can prevent and even repair signs of aging like wrinkles, dark circles and puffy eyes.

• The first tip and most important is prevention, we do this by not exposing our skin to the sun without sunblock and wearing sunglasses to protect the delicate skin around our eyes. 
• Apply eye creams rich in antioxidants and vitamins, a great eye cream should have active ingredients that combat a few issues at once. I'm currently using and loving THIS ONE
• Visine yes little old visine is my number one tip for my clients that complain of always looking tired. Bright eyes are one of the first tricks of looking more youthful and awake!
• Lashes, lashes, lashes I swear it is incredible some of the before and after of my clients after they get eyelash extensions. Faux lashes can take years of you and give you and instant (no knife) eye lift! 
• Concealer is a must for looking more awake and youthful, the trick is finding one that won't crease on you and if it has added benefits even better, like THIS ONE. 
• Last but not least highlight, yes you are reading correctly. If used correctly highlighters work wonders for faking a more awake look. One of my favorite places to use them is under the brow, it immediately lifts the area giving you a more youthful look. I also love using it in the tear duct and a  beige pencil in the water line to open up the eyes. 

Dont forget that good diet, not smoking and getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep play a very important role in how well we age! 

My Holy Grail Eye Treatment!

I can't even believe how sensitive my eyes are. Know this,  nine out of ten my eyes are irritating me in one way or another. Dry eyes? Check! Watery? Check! Itchy? Check! Dark Circles? Check! Puffy eyes? Check! I'm sure there's a few more I'm missing but I won't bore you with all my sensitivity issues. 

I will tell you about my HOLY GRAIL eye treatment, I started using Clinique when I was in high school. To be honest with you this is the only department store product I use to buy. I stopped using this eye treatment a year ago to try out other eye creams and some were good, a lot of them irritated my eyes even more. I gave up my search and went back to the only eye treatment that  truly works for me. 

I love the silky texture and how I immediately see a difference after I apply it. The hardest part about using eye cream is that they tend to creep into the eyes after a few hours and burn, not this one! It has brightening ingredients that work instantly and also over time to diminish the look of circles and fine lines. It comes packed with botanical and proven ingredients to depuff and calm the eye area. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for new eye treatment to treat circles and puffy eyes!

Lets Skate!

 I LOVE the holiday season, getting together with family and friends, decorating the christmas tree with the kids, I just love it! I also get to wear my "fancy" clothes and wear glittery eyes, or deep red lips and all those fun colors and not look too over made :) 

 This is my first holiday makeup tutorial for you guys and I hope I can make a few more. I have a bad allergy on my lips and I can't wear lipstick until it heals and it SUCKS!!!!  I am obsessed with eyeliner–the blacker, the better! And of course, since I have tried several dozens, I am really picky with eyeliner! My favorite all time has been the Clinique Brush-On Cream Liner, but the Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner is a close second! I love it for a number of reasons, from it’s ease of use to it’s super long-lasting wear, I love it and highly recommend it! Good Luck Xxx
