Dior Holiday Couture Collection Smokey Eyes - Lips Palette Review!

Dior is one of my favorite brands to splurge on in makeup, the  brand always seems to impress me with the quality and presentation of their products. However this one did not quite do it for me.... Lets start with the pros, the eyeshadows are beautiful, highly pigmented and go on like butter. The little pouch is adorable, but the lip "maximizer " and lipstick leave so much to be desired. I did not notice andy difference on my lips and there is no pigment to the lipstick, it does smell nice but thats about it. 

Overall its a beautiful palette, the colors are not so different from anything thats out there and the vaseline (lipstick) that comes did not show on my lips at all. I'm glad that I saved my receipt because this one is going back since I can't justify the price for only three eyeshadows.

My Fall Must Haves

There is definitely something bittersweet about transitioning from Summer to Fall. For me the bitter part is my girls going back to school and it starts to get darker earlier. The sweet part is that there is no better fashion then Fall fashion, its the perfect season, and the fact that I can get dress and walk outside without sweating my makeup and hair off is truly a great feeling. Even thought it is still hot here in Boston I am already going thru my closet and shopping around for some fall statement pieces. Here are some of my fall wardrobe must haves....

 I cant tell you how many times this has happened to me, I see a beautiful makeup palette and I buy it to then only have it decorate my makeup vanity. As cute as some packagings are they really dont offer anything else. But Dior always deliver, they not only have some of the prettiest palettes they are so pigmented and all the colors are wearable. 

 This palette is no different the colors are sooo pigmented and I will get so many uses out of it. I was freaking out because this palette was sold out everywhere online. I bought the last one they had at Macy's.  Right now as I speak I'm working on a few looks to share and possibly do on a blog post. I cant wait to share the looks I come out with this palette, it will work for every season! What do you guys think of this beautiful palette?

My Holy BB!

I'm sure must of you know what a BB creme is, or what its supposed to do for your skin. For those of you who don't, in short BB creams are all-in-one product meant to save you multiple steps and help you achieve a "flawless" healthy look by providing, sun protection, anti oxidants, moisture, and color. To be completely honest this is not always the case, as the amounts of bb creams I have personally tested I can tell you that I had almost given up on the BB cream hype. That is until I came across Dior's BB Creme. I hesitated at first but still asked for a sample to take home and try, I figured why not! I am so glad I did, I am honestly in love with this BB cream, more in love than any of my other foundations to be honest. It's so pigmented that it almost looks like a foundation, but it feels so light on I cant believe I have anything on. It only comes in four shades, and I happened to match 003 perfectly, I cant wait to try more of Dior Nude collection and hopefully you can too! Do you have a favorite BB Cream I should try?

Estoy seguro que deben de saber lo que es una BB crema, o lo que su supone que va a hacer para su piel. Para quienes no lo conozcan, en resumen BB cremas es un producto todo-en-uno destinados a ahorrar varios pasos y te ayudará a lograr un "impecable" aspecto saludable en tu tono de piel, protección solar, anti oxidantes, la hidratación y color. Para ser completamente honesto, esto no es siempre el caso, dado que las cantidades de las cremas bb que yo personalmente he probado puedo decirle que casi había renunciado. Esto es, hasta que me topé con Dior BB creme. pedí una muestra para llevar a casa y probar, me di cuenta por qué no todas estavan mal. Yo estoy muy contenta de haber encontrado esta BB Creme.  Es muy pigmentada que casi parece una base, pero se siente tan ligero en la cara que pensaras que no te pusiste nada. Sólo se ofrece en cuatro colores, y me coinciden con 003 perfectamente, no puedo esperar para probar más de Dior Nude. ¿Tiene un favorito BB Crema que deba probar?

Review Time: DIOR Amber Diamond

 I became completely obsessed with highlighters after I discovered celebrity makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic, he is a complete genius and takes any look to the next level by applying the right amount to the right place. Since then I have been purchasing so many highlighters its insane! Some fall flat others are a joke, and then theres Dior. I will be honest and as much as I wanted this product I did not want to spend so much $$$. But after a lot of convincing myself that I must have this product I caved in and bought it.

Overall Opinion:
 This product ROCKs! it's so worth each penny, not to mention it will last you a long time. but it really is amazing and gives me such a beautiful healthy glow. I have even used it as an eyeshadow. I have applied it with my fingers, brush and even the beauty blender. I recommend this product to anyone that wants that Jlo glow!

Pros:

• Packaging, its so sleek and pretty one of my favorite packaging. 
• The colors! you get five beautiful colors in one palette and have the choice of mixing them or using just one. 
• Staying power! this product did not move at all I, have put this thru the test and when I applied it as an eyeshadow it didn't crease either. 

Cons:

• Price: $ 44
