Grow Long Healthy Nails/ Crece Uñas Largas Y Saludables!

 I can't stress enough how much I love long healthy looking nails. I just love the difference fresh manicured nails make to my over all mood. My nails grow very fast but were breaking so easily. I started adding some more vitamins and have noticed a a big difference! They're are more stronger and healthy looking as well. here are my tips, hope they help you grow beautiful nails as well...

• Start from the inside! The only way to keep nails long is with a healthy diet and taking vitamins that have high levels of folic acid, vitamin A, and B12 is a great way to help! The best vitamin for this is actually prenatal vitamin, which also does wonders for your hair! After taking these vitamins for just one month, I noticed my nails and hair grew faster, longer and stronger!

• Moisturize!! If you’re worried about splitting nails, the easiest thing to do is MOISTURIZE!!! Simply apply a moisturizer to your nail bed every night!!  RECIPE: One thing I like to do is mix lanolin with almond oil (you can put it in the microwave for a few seconds if necessary) and apply it to your nails before bedtime! Squeeze a vitamin A capsule in there for extra strength!

• Skip a Polish Change! I know this might seem hard, but skipping a polish in between, even for a day can do wonders for your nails! Taking a break is sometimes what our nails need! Good Luck Xxx

No puedo recalcar suficientemente cuánto amo las uñas de aspecto saludables. Me encanta la diferencia que logran unas uñas acabada de pintar sobre todo humor. Mis uñas crecen muy rápido pero se estaban rompiendo tan fácilmente. Comencé a agregar algunas vitaminas más y han notado una una gran diferencia! Son más fuerte y aspecto saludable también. Aquí están mis consejos, espero ayuden a tener hermosas uñas...

1. Empieza desde el interior. La única manera de mantener las uñas largas es con una dieta saludable y tomar vitaminas que tienen altos niveles de ácido fólico, vitamina A y B12 es una gran manera de ayudar! La mejor vitamina para esto es vitamina prenatal en realidad que también hace maravillas con tu cabello! Después de tomar estas vitaminas por un mes, noté que mis uñas y el pelo crecieron más rápido, más largo y más fuerte!
2. Hidratar!! Si estás preocupado por las uñas partidas, lo más fácil de hacer es hidratar!!!!!! Basta con aplicar una crema hidratante a su lecho ungueal cada noche!! Receta: Una cosa que me gusta hacer es mezclar lanolina con aceite de almendras (puedes ponerlo en el microondas durante unos segundos si es necesario) y aplicarlo a las uñas antes de acostarse. Aprieta una cápsula de vitamina A en allí para la fuerza adicional!
3. Deja tus uñas descansar! Esto puede parecer difícil, pero faltando siquiera por un día puede hacer maravillas para tus uñas! Tomando un descanso es a veces lo que necesitan las uñas!

 The more I try this brand, the more I like it! I recently started using the Sally Hansen Insta Dry Nail Polish and it’s a complete keeper! I started using it because the color selection was phenomenal and the price was even better! but when I tried the polish, I was completely impressed with how fast it dries and how gorgeous the colors are out of the bottle! Honestly, the reason why I can’t do my nails at home is because they take too long to dry, but this completely solves that problem!
