This Winter Get More Beautiful Skin And Hair/ Este Invierno Obtengan Una Piel Mas Hermosa Y cabello Mas Saludable!

I dont know about you, but I was not excited about winter this year. However I find that I am so much more motivated to work out, try out new skin treatments and let my hair rest. Below is a list of things that are better to do in the cold season.

• Try a new skin care routine, your skin probably feels drier and tighter.  The skin needs more moisture and richer so the light-oil free products might not be sufficient. 

• Add Retinol to your skin care. They're great for wrinkles and acne, but sun exposure can cause photosensitivity, so winter is best time to test them out but don't forget you still need to apply sunscreen. 

• Grow your hair! Taking supplements like biotin  may help... but they may also stimulate body-hair growth! so try them in the winter when you are no bare-legged or sleeveless. 

• Try a darker hue! Darker hair color looks healthier.

No sé sobre usted, pero estoy muy emocionada por el invierno. Me parece que estoy mucho más motivados a trabajar, probar nuevos tratamientos para la piel y mi cabello. A continuación se muestra una lista de las cosas que son mejor que hacer en la temporada fría.

• Probablemente la piel se te sienta bien apretada y seca es importante reemplazar su cuidado de piel con lociones mas ricas e hidratantes.

DIY: Yummy Lip Scrub/ Hazlo En Casa: Un Exfoliante Para Labios

There's nothing less attractive then dry chapped lips, here's a quick recipe you can make from the comfort of your home that will give you sexy soft lips in no time....

Here’s what you’ll need:

• 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
• 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar
• Small glass container or bowl for mixing

Mix together 1/4 teaspoon olive oil and 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar in a glass container or bowl.  Apply to lips, gently rubbing in a circular motion.  Rinse off excess with water.  The brown sugar will rinse off leaving a small amount of the olive oil behind, which adds moisture and a little shine to your lips.  Follow with your favorite all-natural lip balm if desired.  This recipe makes enough for one application.

My Holy BB!

I'm sure must of you know what a BB creme is, or what its supposed to do for your skin. For those of you who don't, in short BB creams are all-in-one product meant to save you multiple steps and help you achieve a "flawless" healthy look by providing, sun protection, anti oxidants, moisture, and color. To be completely honest this is not always the case, as the amounts of bb creams I have personally tested I can tell you that I had almost given up on the BB cream hype. That is until I came across Dior's BB Creme. I hesitated at first but still asked for a sample to take home and try, I figured why not! I am so glad I did, I am honestly in love with this BB cream, more in love than any of my other foundations to be honest. It's so pigmented that it almost looks like a foundation, but it feels so light on I cant believe I have anything on. It only comes in four shades, and I happened to match 003 perfectly, I cant wait to try more of Dior Nude collection and hopefully you can too! Do you have a favorite BB Cream I should try?

Estoy seguro que deben de saber lo que es una BB crema, o lo que su supone que va a hacer para su piel. Para quienes no lo conozcan, en resumen BB cremas es un producto todo-en-uno destinados a ahorrar varios pasos y te ayudará a lograr un "impecable" aspecto saludable en tu tono de piel, protección solar, anti oxidantes, la hidratación y color. Para ser completamente honesto, esto no es siempre el caso, dado que las cantidades de las cremas bb que yo personalmente he probado puedo decirle que casi había renunciado. Esto es, hasta que me topé con Dior BB creme. pedí una muestra para llevar a casa y probar, me di cuenta por qué no todas estavan mal. Yo estoy muy contenta de haber encontrado esta BB Creme.  Es muy pigmentada que casi parece una base, pero se siente tan ligero en la cara que pensaras que no te pusiste nada. Sólo se ofrece en cuatro colores, y me coinciden con 003 perfectamente, no puedo esperar para probar más de Dior Nude. ¿Tiene un favorito BB Crema que deba probar?

Product Review: Tresemme Fresh Start Dry Shampoo!

Okay so I will start by saying that I love me some Tresemme products, they really know their stuff and make some of the best drugstore hair products. But they really disappointed me with this one, and to think that this is actually the first dry shampoo I use EVER! I decided to give this a try since I am working out almost every day now and do not want to have to wash my hair after each work out. I got the for dry/prone to breakage dry shampoo plus oil and odor remover. Well I will start with the one thing that it does do and is that it smells really good! Other then that I don't get it, am I doing it wrong because I followed the directions and all I got was sticky, white film on my hair. After trying a few times I decided to check the reviews online and lost all hope after seeing all the bad reviews it has received. I will try ti give another dry shampoo from another brand and hope I have a better experience! Good Luck Xxx
