I don't know about you but I have never taken diet pills or even think they are save or work! How can putting man made products (chemicals) in to your body be better then regular exercise, diet and all natural foods that can speed up your metabolism. How fast or slow our metabolism is determines how we process fat and how easy or not we loose weight. Below are clinically proven drinks that I personally drink and will not only aid in your weight loss goals but will also give you beautiful glowing skin and hair! 



Beet, Carrot, and Apple Juice Blend 

This delicious and nutrient rich drinks is known to aid your metabolism and help improve your stamina in the gym. I like drinking this before I head to the gym and its benefits are so amazing on your skin, hair and nails that you will become obsessed with this drink. Use a food extractor or blender and mix all three ingredients, I also like to add some ginger roots to boost the benefits even more!


Green Tea
Green tea is rich in antioxidants and catechin which burns fat and leads to a better figure. If you are planning to lose that belly fat, this is exactly the drink for you. Caffeine is a stimulant and burns calories faster. Green tea is your perfect fat buster it energizes you and keeps you blood sugar level in check. I drink green tea in the morning after my work out and with my breakfast. 


Grapefruit, Cinnamon, Apple Cider Vinegar And Honey
This is definitely my favorite drink to aid my fitness goals, I also find it so delicious and refreshing. Drink this after each meal to speed up your metabolism and burn fat. Grapefruit is rich in vitamin C which is needed for a strong immune system. Its high levels of enzymes is what aids the weightloss benefits. 
Cinnamon is also a very known ingredient to loose weight, it increases the metabolism of glucose. Since high blood sugar levels can lead to increased storage of fat by the body, cinnamon helps prevent this increased storage of fat and enables you to lose weight.
Apple Cider Vinegar is the key ingredient in this drink, it helps suppresses your appetite, lowers blood sugar levels, burns fat, improves metabolism and more. Add one to two tablespoons to your drink and enjoy all these benefits.

Start Detoxing Now!





One of the things I always do after a week of over indulging, before a big event, or when I'm going to be wearing a bathing suit is detox as much as possible! My favorite detox that helps make my skin soooooo soft and really remove any impurities is a Detox Bath Soak! This makes your skin incredibly soft and also makes it really easy to remove dead skin! I use it before I scrub and it makes my skin feel like I spent all day in the spa!

AWESOME DETOX BODY SOAK

Ingredients

2-3 cups Epsom salt
3 tablespoons ground ginger (if you use fresh ginger, use half)

Prepare warm bath and add ingredients to the bath while water is running. I prefer to dry brush before the bath to really get the full effects of a detox. Soak in bath for at least 30 minutes and relax!
