Show your feet some TLC/ Trata a tus pies con esta riquesa!

I LIVE in high heels, they can take any outfit from blah to wow, and make me feel sexier instantly. With that being said they put my feet though the ringer, I'm always looking for recipes to treat my feet to and when (if) possible give them a break from heels. I seriously fell in love when I tried this! The baby oil, brown sugar and strawberries are amazingly softening for your toes and it’s unbelievably nourishing!  The alpha hydroxy acid in the strawberries is great for removing any of that dead skin and lightening up your feet in case they need it (most feet tend to be darker since they are generally exposed to more sunlight with the wear of sandals and long pants, etc). I hope you guys love this recipe as much as I do! Try it before you go to bed and make sure to use an awesome foot cream with it!!

Awesome Strawberry Foot Food Scrub
Ingredients
Handful of Strawberries
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons Baby Oil
3-4 drops Essential Oils of your choice

In a bowl, mash the strawberries extremely well with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixture and run on your feet with your hands and pat dry.

Good Luck/ Buenas Suerte! Xxx

Product I'm Loving: Lush's Lip Scrub

I love using natural recipes for lip scrubs, but if I can find one that has super natural ingredients and does the job, then I am sold! I went to Lush to get a refill of my favorite toner, and I came across they lip scrubs. The reason why I bought it was honestly because of the smell! It smells so sweet you could eat it! Aside from smelling bubblegum when I tried this on my hand, it felt super smooth and gentle, so I had to get it!

THE RESULTS:
I’m convinced, this lip scrub has super powers! Not only does it make my lips super soft, but make my lips this gorgeous pink! I love that it is a great scrub that you can take with you easily everywhere, but I will say the scrub comes really full, so you definitely need to keep the cap clean to avoid sugar going everywhere! It’s also a DRY scrub, so there’s no oil, you just wet your lips and work the scrub into them. I thought maybe it might need some liquid of some type, but it works fine with just a little water! This will make your lips soooooo soft! A MUST!!! Good Luck Xxx

Clear Your Skin Fast!

Today I tried one of my favorite facials to date! Of course everyone’s skin will react differently, but if you are looking for radiantly soft, even toned, beautiful skin without blackheads, I may just have something for you! And it’s probably one of the easiest facials I have done! All you have to do is take a good portion of baking soda (I used about 3 tablespoons) and mix in enough grapefruit juice to get a loose pasty texture. Then just rub on your skin, starting from your nose out to your forehead, cheeks and neck! You can let this sit for a couple minutes before rinsing, but your skin will feel soooo soft!
Why is this sooo awesome? Well aside from the way it makes your skin feel, grapefruit is Ahhhhmazing at clarifying and toning your skin and is one of the best fruits to help fight acne! It’s high quantities of vitamin C means it helps reduce the signs of aging, scarring and anything else that is keeping you from perfect skin! This facial scrub is ideal for people of oily/normal skin or acne prone skin! Try this and let me know how much you love it!
If you have skin allergies, be careful since grapefruit is acidic and can cause reactions. Try using this on your jawline first! Good Luck Xxx

Lip Scrub!

I have the hardest time keeping my lips from chapping, no matter how much blistex, and ointments I seem to alway need the extra love of a lip scrub. I love a great lip scrub and some are definitely better than others!! This is by far one of my favorites to date, and even better because I know whats in it!
LUSCIOUS AND DELICIOUS LIP SCRUB!
Ingredients
1/2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Honey
3 Teaspoon Sugar
Splash of Lemon
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, then massage onto lips. This works best when you actually scoop up the sugar and rub that part. Feel free to apply the juice of the scrub on your lips and let sit for a couple of minutes! All of the ingredients are super moisturizing for lips, especially the honey! Good Luck Xxx

Awesome Cellulite Scrub!

It seems that every woman, no matter how genetically blessed has at least one dimple some where, if not a few hundred! I always thought I would be dimple free, but that was just a fairy tale! I was trying to find a natural home scrub and found this one, and I must admit that I'm in love. It feels so nice on my skin and I can actually feel it working plus the smell of coffee made me feel refreshed and awake! I don't drink coffee but if someone was to tell me that drinking it will vanish my celullite I would start jugging it down! try it and let me know how you like it! Good Luck Xxx
Awesome Cellulite Body Scrub:
2 Cups Ground Coffee
1 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil or Almond Oil (I use more than 4 tablespoons, and baby oil)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use the scrub in the shower. Make sure to be careful to wash scrub off well, as the coffee could stain towel or clothing if not rinsed well.  Feel free to add essential oils if desired as well!

Aspirin Acne Mask

Nothing is worse than breaking out before an important event, and for some reason my skin is the mother of breakouts before important dates (my wedding, interviews, you name it, my skin digs it!). A great way to help dry out those pimples as soon as they pop up is to use an Aspirin mask. Keep in mind it can be drying, so if your little red-friend looks like he is drying out, then try to keep it calm with chamomile or just leave it alone for a few days. I recommend using this for pimples that are new and need some drying power.

In a bowl, crush 5-10 Aspirins and add a few drops of water to make a paste. Apply mixture on affected area and let sit for 10-15 minutes before washing off. If you feel your skin tingling or burning, rinse the mixture off (this is rare, but just in case). Keep in mind this is powerful, so don’t do this more than every 5-6 days or so!

If you have an oily T-Zone this recipe is safe enough to use on the entire area, but keep it on for 5-10 minutes. Consult your dermatologist for any questions regarding the face mask. Good Luck Xxx
