I have been using toners since I was in middle school, I can only be thankful to my grandmother for that. See most of what I know and do now is from watching her when I was little. She used to create her own toners from ingredients found in our kitchen or in our back yard. My Easy Glam Makeup Look Using All My 2017 Favorite Makeup!

I am so happy to be back you guys, I took a quick pause on blogging so that I can get my house back to normal. My biggest challenge as a work from home mother of four is time managing and well the laundry was starting to pile, and the mess was just too much to handle. 5 DIY Hair And Skin Treatments Using Coffee That Will Change Your Life!

Coffee has benefits like treating redness and inflammation, improve the appearance of cellulite. Coffee also contains anti-inflamatory and antioxidant properties that can keep your skin bright and soft. Also the caffeine can shrink the blood vessel under your eyes reducing circles and puffy eyes. Try some or all of these beauty DIY and let me know how you liked them....

Coffee Face Mask:
2 tbsp of freshly ground coffee (or used grinds)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of whole milk, heavy cream, or yogurt 
1 tbsp of honey

Mix all ingredients together and apply a light coat to face let sit for about 15 minutes. Remove with warm wash cloth.

Coffee Body Scrub:
1 Cup of coffee grounds
1 Cup of coconut oil melted
1-3 Drops of lemon essential oil 
1-3 Drops of orange essential oil
1/2 Cup coconut sugar 

Caffeine Eye Coffe Mask:
1 tbsp of organic coffee
1 tbsp of honey 
1 tbsp of vitamin e oil
Mix all the ingredients together and apply a thick layer under your eyes, leave it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse off. 

Coffee Eye Pads: 
Brew some organic coffee and let it cool. Dip a cotton pad in it and use it to treat your puffy or tired eyes. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes.

Prepare a strong coffee, then add a bit of water. let it cool until the mixture is lukewarm. Standing in the tub, pour the liquid onto your hair hair and scalp, then put a shower cap on and sit for 20 minutes. Wash out with warm water.

The Best Workout Clothes For Woman!

I got so many request that the next fitness post should be about workout clothes and here it is. The post will not be too long  because I mainly buy my fitness clothes from two places. The first one is Victoria's Secret Sport, they have the best sports bras in my opinion. Before having my breast reduction and even now they are great, they hold everything in place without squeezing them to the point of discomfort like others do. My favorite are the ones with front zipper since they are so much easier and comfortable to put on and take off.

 The second store is TJ Max Or Marshall's, they carry so many brands and styles that there is something for everyone. My advise would be to always try it on before removing the tags. I have a bag full of workout pants to use when I paint or do outside work because they are so terrible for working out. I like my pants to be comfortable enough to wear all day without it loosing it's body hugging feel. 

As I progress in my fitness goals I like to treat my self with new workout clothes. I don't recommend going out and spending a bunch of money on clothes to end up not committing to your workout routine. Set a budget and look at new fitness gear a treat, something you have to earn!  

Saturday Night Football At Gillette Stadium!

I had such fun night watching the Patriots kick butt, and of course I took some pics for the blog too! I never thought that I would enjoy watching sports as much as I do. The night was so much fun and different than what we usually do. We were invited to watch the game from a suite and I can now scratch that off my bucket list too! There was so much delicious food and drinks, the best part was watching the game live without freezing my butt off! 

The debate when going to any sports game for me is what to wear. Since I was going to be in a warm suite I dint have to worry about dressing for the weather. I have been dying to wear this cute little outfit I bought when I was on vacation from Forever 21. The plaid print wide leg jumpsuit fits me perfectly and the sheer longline shirt was a great way to have layers but still letting the jumpsuit have its moment. The whole outfit was $40 and it felt and looked like it should have been more. I can wear both items again in so many different ways, I paired it with my favorite sock boots, YSL bag and red lips!
