Drugstore Product Of The Week: Neutrogena Makeup Remover Towelettes

I think we can all agree when I say the makeup companies have finally figured out how to make some of our makeup last ALL DAY!! While this is great, it does suck when it has to come off at night and all the rubbing and scrubbing won't remove it completely. I have tried a lot of wipes and while some have been ok the Neutrogena one is really THE BEST so far. The cloth is super soft and doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes and gets all of my makeup off.

I had all waterproof makeup!

Victoria's Secret Graphic Liner Pen!

I have this unexplainable love/hate relationship with liquid eye liner pen. My eyes are soooo sensitive and any product can make them irritated, my last experience with liquid liner went something like this.... pressing the pen close to my lashes to start lining them, then boom the pen shoots out a ton of ink directly into my eye ball ruining my whole makeup, my contacts and concluded with me looking like I had pink eye for tow days!  This experience left me really scared to put liner pens near my eyes again.

This fear did not last too long, see what I love about liquid eye liners in general is that they give you the most polished and highly pigmented lines. They are excellent tools to make a sexy winged or cat eye, and to go over your fake lashes to blend them in with the rest of your makeup. I saw this Victoria's Secret liner pen on Harper's Bazaar top model's secret revealed post and decided to give it a try.

First of all lets talk about the tip of this pen, it is so fine that is almost impossible not to achieve a perfect lined eye since it gives you the opportunity to built it to a more dramatic line or leave it this and more natural. Then we have the pigment, I bought the color blackest black and it did the name justice, but I liked that it was still a natural looking black. Then we have durability, see nothing is more annoying then a runny eye liner, but this one passed the test! I'm really happy with my purchase of this graphic liner pen and recommend you to try it.

Good Luck! Xxx

¡Buena suerte! XXX

Drugstore Find: Yes to Cucumbers Eye Makeup Remover Pads

As much as I love a smokey eye or my super black eye liner makeup, I hate the taking it off part! Some removers are so harsh on your eyes or too gentle that they don't remove any makeup at all. And being obsessed with having "perfect" skin like I am, means I don't rub my eyes no matter what! I rather leave the makeup on then to cause any premature aging or break my lashes, I know extreme but I can't help it. Well luckyly I found an eye makeup remover pads that were made for me! This pads are gentle on your eyes so they don't sting, I even tried them with my contacts on.  They have aloe vera, chamomile and cucumber all soothing and super good for skin ingredients. And most important they remove my eye makeup with out the excessive rubbing. These are definitely a keeper! Good Luck Xxx

Drugstore Find!

I am obsessed with eyeliner–the blacker, the better! And of course, since I have tried several dozens, I am really picky with eyeliner! My favorite all time has been the Clinique Brush-On Cream Liner, but the Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner is a close second! I love it for a number of reasons, from it’s ease of use to it’s super long-lasting wear, I love it and highly recommend it! Good Luck Xxx

Dark circles? Try this....

Dark circles are such a huge beauty issue, we spend hundreds of dollars on product that promise to erase our dark circles and are left disappointed and broke. While we could spend many hundreds of dollars more trying to reduce them in all sorts of ways, sometimes all we need to do is step into our kitchen! :) Of course it really depends on your skin, what works for you and what doesn’t, but this is a very effective way to not only reduce the appearance of dark circles, but also help tighten the skin around your eyes! I think this might be my favorite dark circle tip! try it and let me know how you like it. x0

SERIOUS UNDER EYE BRIGHTENER
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Mashed Banana
1 Tablespoon Raw Potato (Shredded)
Lemon Juice

Mix together banana and potato and add just a squeeze of lemon juice. Place mixture in the fridge for 10-30 minutes before applying under the eyes. Make sure you don’t get any in your eyes when applying. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before removing gently with a wet towel.
