6 Quick And Easy Workout You Can Do At Home/ 6 Ejercicios Fáciles Qué Puedes Hacer En Casa!




I know I probably sound like a broken record but moving SUCKS! As exciting as having a new house, plus the excitement of renovating it and watching your plans become a reality is. Its also very stressful and it has taken over my life. I had a pretty set schedule where no matter what I always took an hour and went to the gym and worked out. I've never had a problem committing to exercising I actually find I feel, think and obviously look better. Nowadays my day start around 7am and I don't go to sleep until midnight or sometimes even later. The only guaranteed time I have to myself is when I jump in the shower. I love the exercises below because I can do them anywhere in the house and they are quick and easy but you really feel them working. I rotate and always do at-least two every night before I jump in the shower. Do you have any favorite exercise you like to do from home?

Classic kick backs:
While on your hands and knees, place one leg in the air with your knees bent 90 degrees. Thrust the leg upward with your foot parallel to the ceiling and contract your glut, then lower your leg back down. Repeat for 50 counts on the right leg, then 50 counts on the left leg. I do this every night before I sleep, it literally takes 5 minutes. 




Plie Squat:
Stand tall with feet wider than shoulders, legs straight, abs engaged and toes turned out at a 45-degree angle. Inhale and bend only your knees (don’t bend forward at the hips) until your thighs are nearly parallel to the floor.












Wall PushUp:
Place your hands shoulder-width apart on a sturdy wall in front of you, feet slightly apart, abs engaged, back and legs straight. Lift your heels to balance on your toes and lean forward slightly so most of your weight is on your arms. Inhale as you bend your elbows and lean your body farther toward the wall, maintaining a long, straight line from head to toe.










Bridge:
Lie on your back with your arms at your sides, feet flat and hip-width apart, knees bent, abs engaged and back straight. Exhale as you squeeze your glutes and press your hips toward the ceiling while keeping your back straight. Inhale as you slowly release your hips to the floor and complete I do about 50 of these.











Chair Squat:
Stand in front of chair, feet hip-distance apart, toes forward. Lean chest slightly forward. Bend knees, tap (don't sit!) bottom on chair, then stand up. Keep your weight in your heels and keep knees over toes.









Side Plank
Lie on your right side with your legs straight. Prop yourself up with your right forearm so your body forms a diagonal line. Rest your left hand on your hip. Brace your abs and hold for 60 seconds. If you can't make it to 60 seconds, hold for 5 to 10 seconds and rest for 5; continue for 1 minute. Be sure your hips and knees stay off the floor.

Awesome Detox Body Soak/ Elimina Toxinas Con Este Baño



 My favorite detox that helps make my skin soooooo soft and really remove any impurities is a Detox Bath Soak! This makes your skin incredibly soft and also makes it really easy to remove dead skin! I use it before I scrub and it makes my skin feel like I spent all day in the spa!
AWESOME DETOX BODY SOAK
Ingredients
2-3 cups Epsom salt
3 tablespoons ground ginger (if you use fresh ginger, use half)
Prepare warm bath and add ingredients to the bath while water is running. I prefer to dry brush before the bath to really get the full effects of a detox. Soak in bath for at least 30 minutes and relax!

Mi favorito desintoxicante que ayuda a hacer mi piel tan suave y realmente quitar impurezas es un baño de desintoxicación remojo! Esto hace que mi piel este increíblemente suave y también resulta muy fácil de quitar la piel muerta! Lo uso antes de restregarme con piedras exfoliantes y hace mi piel sentir que me pasé todo el día en el spa!

DESINTOXICACIÓN CUERPO REMOJO
Ingredientes
Sal de Epsom 2-3 tazas
3 cucharadas de tierra jengibre (Si utilizas fresco jengibre, uso medio)
Preparar el baño con agua tibia y agregue los ingredientes al baño mientras está funcionando el agua. Yo prefiero cepillarme la piel en seco antes del baño para conseguir realmente los efectos totales de una desintoxicación. Reposar al menos 30 minutos en el baño y relajarse!

Gorgeous Coconut Hair Mask/ Mascarilla De Coco Para Un Pelo Hermoso!



 Summer time is were, as much as you like your blow dry, you know the insane humidity of summer won’t let you rock your locks the way you want to! No matter what, there’s always a solution. I’ve really love using coconut oil and lately it’s been my cure-all! It is so great to help with dark circles, dry skin, dry ends in your hair, and pretty much everything in between honestly it’s amazing! So, this mask is actually sooo easy to do and it’s with ingredients you probably have already! I love this for fighting frizz, but also for added shine!

GORGEOUS COCONUT HAIR CONDITIONING MASK

Ingredients
1/2 – 1 cup of your favorite conditioner
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 tablespoons coconut  oil
Mix together ingredients in a slightly whipping manner, making sure everything blends well. Then starting with ends, apply with a comb and saturate hair. Tie hair up and leave for 10-20 minutes, then wash and condition as usual.

 Este tiempo de verano es muy duro para tu pelo, con la humedad horrible y el sol tan fuerte tu blower no dura tanto como quisieres. Pero no importa, siempre hay una solución. Me encanta usar aceite de coco y últimamente ha sido mi cura todo! Es genial y me ayuda con ojeras, piel seca,  honestamente que es increíble! Así que, esta máscararilla es realmente tan fácil de hacer y con ingredientes que probablemente tienes ya! Me encanta para combatir el frizz, pero también para el brillo adicional!

Ingredientes:
Media vaso de tu acondicionador favorito
Dos cucharada de miel
Dos cucharadas de aceite de coco
Mezclen todos los productos juntos como si estuvieran batiendo huevos, aseguren que los productos mezclen bien. Empieza por las puntas, aplicatelo usando un peine y saturate bien el pelo. Ponte un gorrito y relajase por 10-20 minutos, lavate el pelo y peinate como acostumbras.

Treat Your Feet/ Trata Tus Pies Como Se Merecen!

If there ever was a time your feet needed all the TLC possible is in the summer. Think about it, all we do is expose our feet. We walk around in flip-flops all day, walk barefoot in the rocky beaches of MA, expose it to the chlorine in our pools, and then force them into high heels and dance on them all night! At the end of the night if you took 2 minutes of your time and rubbed a little of this magic potion your feet will thank you, and not to mention it will feel oh so good. I love this foot cream from Sabon, I first tried a sample I received in my Birchbox one month and I'm hooked for life. I not only use it on my feet but also my super dry hands and elbows. This amazing foot cream is rich in antioxidants, shea butter, aloe and to soothe and anti-funfal camphor and menthol, try it you will love it for sure! 

Si alguna vez hubo un tiempo que tus pies necesitan todo el cariño posible es en el verano. Piensa en ello, todo lo que hacemos es exponer a nuestros pies. Caminar todo el día en sandalias, caminar descalzo en las playas, exponerlo al cloro en las piscinas, obligarlos a tacones y bailar con ellos toda la noche! Estrias? StretchMarks?


 Stretch marks are a nightmare, I hate them so much and I would just do about anything to make them disappear! Unfortunately there is no such thing that will remove them completely, once the skin is stretched and marked you are pretty much just going to have to deal. There are however lovely treatments that will help diminished them and make them less visible. Here I made a list of my favorite proven treatments to help fade stretch marks. 

 Las estrias son una pesadilla. las odio tanto que honestamente haria lo que fuera por desapareserlas por completo de mi cuerpo. Desafortunadamente esto no es posible, despues que la piel se estrecha hasta este punto que marca estrías ya no hay nada mas que hacer que lidiar. Lo que si hay es muchos tratamientos y tips que te pueden ayudar a que no se noten tanto y se aclaren con el tiempo. Aqui les tengo mis tips favoritos!

Tips
Exercise: This is probably the best tip I can give you, I honestly saw such an improvement from exercising. And in all honesty who's looking at stretch marks when instead they can be looking at toned abs and a sexy butt?   
                                                                       
 Ejercisios es probablemente el tip mas importante que les puedo dar. Al tonificar tu cuerpo la piel se te notara mas firme y las estrias ni seran vista     
                                                                                         
 Diet
What we eat is so important, it wont only make us feel better but it definetly helps us look our best too. Eat all your veggies and fruits and drink half you body weight in water daily and you will see a big difference in how your skin looks. 

Tu dieta es otra cosa muy importante para obtener una piel saludable. Asegurate que estas comiendo todos tus vegetales y frutas y que bebes mucha agua durante el dia. Comensaras a sentirte mejor y con el tiempo tu piel se vera espectacular también.


Exfoliate
Exfoliating and/or dry brushing removes layers of dead skin to unveil soft, fresh skin. Some marks may be difficult to reach and areas like the breasts are more sensitive, but do what you can.
Use a loofah or an exfoliator, bought or home-made -- sea salt, oatmeal, baking soda, ground coffee or apricot scrub, with a wet washcloth. Add any of them to olive oil to make a paste and then massage the stretch marks for 10 minutes in a circular motion while you are in the shower.
Or use this as your exfoliator:
5 tablespoons of scrub
1 teaspoon aloe vera gel
1/2 teaspoon vitamin E
1 teaspoon cocoa butter
Rinse off afterwards.
Apply lemon juice which helps stretch marks fade. Allow it to dry, then rinse with warm water and towel dry your skin.
A derma or skin roller helps oil penetrate more deeply. If using one, use it now before you moisturize.

Exfoliante o cepillado en seco elimina capas de piel muerta para revelar piel fresca, y suave. Algunas marcas pueden ser difíciles de alcanzar y zonas como los senos son más sensibles, pero haga lo que pueda.
Use una esponja o un exfoliante, comprado o hecha en casa, sal, harina de avena, bicarbonato de sodio, café molido o albaricoque friega, con un paño húmedo. Añadir cualquiera de ellos a aceite de oliva para hacer una pasta y luego masaje las estrías durante 10 minutos en un movimiento circular mientras estás en la ducha.
O utilizarlo como tu exfoliante:
5 cucharadas de scrub
gel de aloe vera 1 cucharadita
1/2 cucharadita de vitamina E
1 cucharadita de manteca de cacao
Enjuagar luego.
Aplique jugo de limón que ayuda que la marca se desvanecen. Deje que se seque, luego enjuague con agua tibia y toalla seque la piel.

Moisturize and hydrate
The more you infuse your skin with moisture the better.
Massage any natural oil into your stretch marks. What oil you use matters less than that you regularly and vigorously massage these areas, thereby improving circulation and promoting rejuvenation.

Rose hip oil
Extra virgin olive oil
Castor oil
Emu oil
Lanolin oil
Vitamin E oil
Vitamin A
Vitamin C
Vitamin K cream
Jojobo oil
Natural shea butter
Aloe vera

Masaje cualquier aceite natural en sus estrías. ¿Qué aceite utilizas importa menos que te regularmente y masaje enérgicamente estas áreas, lo que mejorará la circulación y promover el rejuvenecimiento. Estos aceite son mis favoritos que promueven la rejuvenecimiento.
Aceite de rosa mosqueta
Aceite de oliva virgen extra
Aceite de ricino
Aceite de emú
Aceite de lanolina
Aceite de vitamina E
Vitamina A
Vitamina C
Crema de vitamina K
Aceite de Jojobo
Manteca natural de karité
Aloe vera

My Favorite Combination Of Oils
Mix almond oil, castor oil, avocado oil and vitamin E oil together.
Combine vitamin E oil and cocoa butter.
Make a paste of vitamin E rich oil such as olive oil or castor oil with aromatic herbs like mint, lemon grass, lavender, thyme, and massage for 20 minutes before going to sleep.
Bio Oil is great.

Mezclar aceite de almendras, aceite de ricino, aceite de aguacate y vitamina E aceite.
Combine aceite de vitamina E y manteca de cacao.
Haga una pasta de vitamina E de aceite rico como aceite de oliva o aceite de ricino con hierbas aromáticas como la menta, hierba de limón, lavanda, tomillo y masaje durante 20 minutos antes de ir a dormir.
