Drugstore Skincare Product Of The Week: Nivea Moisturizing Body Wash Care Almond Oil Hibiscus Scent.

Nivea is one of my favorite brands for drugstore body care, their  body products are hydrating and just the perfect amount of scent. I started using the almond oil and hibiscus scent moisturizing body wash, and my skin loves it!  

It is formulated with Nivea's Hydra IQ Technology and Almond Oil, to intensely moisturize your skin, but without the greasy feel. Priced under $5, I have compared it to more expensive body washes and if not equally better its very close. 

What I like to do for extra dewy soft skin is to apply it with just my hands, like a lotion. Then I rinse it with cool to cold water. I pat dry my skin. I come out and hydrate with lotions and or oil to lock in the moisture. My skin has been so soft and hydrated this winter, I am so happy to have a budget friendly routine that works for my super dry skin.

My Favorite Product For A Dewy Skin: Mac Strobe Cream

I don't know about you but I love that luminous glow that Jennifer Lopez is known for. I think it looks so sexy and makes your skin look younger versus a matte flat look. I have oily skin so achieving this look is not always easy for me because I can either look like JLO or a pot of grease. One product that I've been loving so much is MAC's strobe cream, it makes achieving that glow so much easier. This cream can be used alone, mixed with your foundation, or over your foundation in the areas you want to hight light. I will make this clear I DO NOT recommend this for everyday use, this is one of the most misused products from MAC and using this everyday can clog your pores and cause you to break out! I know there are people that use this everyday with no problem but this is just my opinion. Something that I do love about this product is that it come packed with high amounts of anti-oxidants and moisturizing agents. Have you tried this product before? 

No sé de ti pero me encanta ese resplandor luminoso que Jennifer Lopez siempre luce. Creo que se ve tan sexy y hace que su piel parece más joven frente a un aspecto mate plano. Tengo piel grasosa para lograr este look no siempre es fácil para mí porque puedo parecer JLO o un bote de grasa. Un producto que he sido amante es Strobe cream de MAC, hace lograr ese resplandor mucho más fácil. Esta crema puede ser utilizada solo, mezclado con su fundación, o sobre sus bases en las áreas que desee dar la luz. Aclararé yo no recomiendo esto para el uso diario, este es uno de los productos más abuso de MAC y usando todos los días puede obstruir los poros y causarte acné  Sé que hay gente que usa todos los días sin ningún problema, pero esto es sólo mi opinión. Algo que me gusta de este producto es que viene embalado con altas cantidades de antioxidantes y agentes humectantes. ¿Has probado este producto antes?

Step Into The Wild Side!

I never feel more sexy then when wearing a fitted pencil skirt, and if its leopard print even more so. I love how this one hugs my curves and doesn't rise up. Its the perfect length and can be worn in so many different ways making it a real winner for me.  I've been in the hunt for a concealer that won't crease for ever now. There are so many concealer a out there that promise to be creaseless bug that's never the case. Untill the Benefit Fake Up Concealer that is pretty amazing! It actually does not crease, words I never thought I would say about a concealer! The pigment in this concealer is wrapped up in a layer of vitamin e and it works to not only nourish and protect skin, but also somehow magically keeps from creasing! I was really impressed that at the end of the day under eye circles were barely noticeable! The only thing I will say is it definitely streaks when you apply it, so you should stipple it with a sponge to prevent that from happening. I would also avoid using this any other place then under your eyes since it can be a little oily for the rest of your face. 

This concealer also completely banished my dark circles and gives you a beautiful appearance in photos! Again Don't  apply too much, since it does have that moisture layer, it can look greasy if you over do it! Keep it light, you really don’t need too much! So far, I am in love with this concealer! It’s almost too good to be true!

DIY: Yummy Lip Scrub/ Hazlo En Casa: Un Exfoliante Para Labios

There's nothing less attractive then dry chapped lips, here's a quick recipe you can make from the comfort of your home that will give you sexy soft lips in no time....

Here’s what you’ll need:

• 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
• 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar
• Small glass container or bowl for mixing

Mix together 1/4 teaspoon olive oil and 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar in a glass container or bowl.  Apply to lips, gently rubbing in a circular motion.  Rinse off excess with water.  The brown sugar will rinse off leaving a small amount of the olive oil behind, which adds moisture and a little shine to your lips.  Follow with your favorite all-natural lip balm if desired.  This recipe makes enough for one application.

I have always been a fan of Morocanoil products, and once again they made a product for me to fall in love with. This protective spray is a miracle worker, it not only protected my hair from the heat it also made my long hair look bouncy and shiny. Drugstore Product Of The Week!

It is very rare that I buy a product like this, I am always looking for products that offer the maximum amount of antioxidants and benefits to the skin. Yet this moisturizer is really mundane, it offers absolutely no  antioxidants or promises of perfecting your skin. So why do I love it? well it doesnt break me out! That my friends is a pretty big deal to me right now and just enough for me to fall in love. Its the perfect moisturizer to for my sometimes normal, sometimes oily skin. It wears beautifully under my makeup and it DOESNT CLOG MY PORES!!!! I bought this originally to carry on my makeup kit, but after countless of money spent on moisturizers I decided to try it on myself, I wear this only in the day time under my favorite sunscreen. Es muy raro que compre un producto como este, siempre estoy buscando productos que ofrecen la máxima cantidad de antioxidantes y beneficios para la piel. Sin embargo es realmente esta crema no hace nada mas que hidratar, ofrece absolutamente nada de antioxidantes ni promesas de perfeccionar tu piel. Así que ¿por qué me encanta? Bueno no me provoca acné! Que mis amigos es muy gran cosa para mí y lo suficiente como para que me enamorará perdidamente. Es la perfecta crema hidratante para mi piel normal a veces, a veces grasosa. Lleva maravillosamente bajo mi maquillaje y no obstruir mis poros!!! Compré esto originalmente a llevar en mi kit de maquillaje, pero después de incontables de dinero gastado en cremas hidratantes decidió probar en mí mismo, me pongo esto sólo durante el día bajo mi protección solar favorito. Estrias? StretchMarks?

 Stretch marks are a nightmare, I hate them so much and I would just do about anything to make them disappear! Unfortunately there is no such thing that will remove them completely, once the skin is stretched and marked you are pretty much just going to have to deal. There are however lovely treatments that will help diminished them and make them less visible. Here I made a list of my favorite proven treatments to help fade stretch marks. 

 Las estrias son una pesadilla. las odio tanto que honestamente haria lo que fuera por desapareserlas por completo de mi cuerpo. Desafortunadamente esto no es posible, despues que la piel se estrecha hasta este punto que marca estrías ya no hay nada mas que hacer que lidiar. Lo que si hay es muchos tratamientos y tips que te pueden ayudar a que no se noten tanto y se aclaren con el tiempo. Aqui les tengo mis tips favoritos!

Exercise: This is probably the best tip I can give you, I honestly saw such an improvement from exercising. And in all honesty who's looking at stretch marks when instead they can be looking at toned abs and a sexy butt?

 Diet
What we eat is so important, it wont only make us feel better but it definetly helps us look our best too. Eat all your veggies and fruits and drink half you body weight in water daily and you will see a big difference in how your skin looks. 

Tu dieta es otra cosa muy importante para obtener una piel saludable. Asegurate que estas comiendo todos tus vegetales y frutas y que bebes mucha agua durante el dia. Comensaras a sentirte mejor y con el tiempo tu piel se vera espectacular también.

Exfoliate

Exfoliating and/or dry brushing removes layers of dead skin to unveil soft, fresh skin. Some marks may be difficult to reach and areas like the breasts are more sensitive, but do what you can.

Use a loofah or an exfoliator, bought or home-made -- sea salt, oatmeal, baking soda, ground coffee or apricot scrub, with a wet washcloth. Add any of them to olive oil to make a paste and then massage the stretch marks for 10 minutes in a circular motion while you are in the shower.

Or use this as your exfoliator:

5 tablespoons of scrub

1 teaspoon aloe vera gel

1/2 teaspoon vitamin E

1 teaspoon cocoa butter

Rinse off afterwards.

Apply lemon juice which helps stretch marks fade. Allow it to dry, then rinse with warm water and towel dry your skin.

A derma or skin roller helps oil penetrate more deeply. If using one, use it now before you moisturize.

Exfoliante o cepillado en seco elimina capas de piel muerta para revelar piel fresca, y suave. Algunas marcas pueden ser difíciles de alcanzar y zonas como los senos son más sensibles, pero haga lo que pueda.

Use una esponja o un exfoliante, comprado o hecha en casa, sal, harina de avena, bicarbonato de sodio, café molido o albaricoque friega, con un paño húmedo. Añadir cualquiera de ellos a aceite de oliva para hacer una pasta y luego masaje las estrías durante 10 minutos en un movimiento circular mientras estás en la ducha.
O utilizarlo como tu exfoliante:
5 cucharadas de scrub
gel de aloe vera 1 cucharadita
1/2 cucharadita de vitamina E
1 cucharadita de manteca de cacao
Enjuagar luego.
Aplique jugo de limón que ayuda que la marca se desvanecen. Deje que se seque, luego enjuague con agua tibia y toalla seque la piel.

Moisturize and hydrate

The more you infuse your skin with moisture the better.

Massage any natural oil into your stretch marks. What oil you use matters less than that you regularly and vigorously massage these areas, thereby improving circulation and promoting rejuvenation.

Emu oil

Lanolin oil

Vitamin E oil

Aloe vera

Masaje cualquier aceite natural en sus estrías. ¿Qué aceite utilizas importa menos que te regularmente y masaje enérgicamente estas áreas, lo que mejorará la circulación y promover el rejuvenecimiento. Estos aceite son mis favoritos que promueven la rejuvenecimiento.

My Favorite Combination Of Oils

Mix almond oil, castor oil, avocado oil and vitamin E oil together.

Combine vitamin E oil and cocoa butter.

Make a paste of vitamin E rich oil such as olive oil or castor oil with aromatic herbs like mint, lemon grass, lavender, thyme, and massage for 20 minutes before going to sleep.

Bio Oil is great.

Mezclar aceite de almendras, aceite de ricino, aceite de aguacate y vitamina E aceite.

Combine aceite de vitamina E y manteca de cacao.
Haga una pasta de vitamina E de aceite rico como aceite de oliva o aceite de ricino con hierbas aromáticas como la menta, hierba de limón, lavanda, tomillo y masaje durante 20 minutos antes de ir a dormir.
Bio Oil es fantastico.

My Holy BB!

I'm sure must of you know what a BB creme is, or what its supposed to do for your skin. For those of you who don't, in short BB creams are all-in-one product meant to save you multiple steps and help you achieve a "flawless" healthy look by providing, sun protection, anti oxidants, moisture, and color. To be completely honest this is not always the case, as the amounts of bb creams I have personally tested I can tell you that I had almost given up on the BB cream hype. That is until I came across Dior's BB Creme. I hesitated at first but still asked for a sample to take home and try, I figured why not! I am so glad I did, I am honestly in love with this BB cream, more in love than any of my other foundations to be honest. It's so pigmented that it almost looks like a foundation, but it feels so light on I cant believe I have anything on. It only comes in four shades, and I happened to match 003 perfectly, I cant wait to try more of Dior Nude collection and hopefully you can too! Do you have a favorite BB Cream I should try?

Estoy seguro que deben de saber lo que es una BB crema, o lo que su supone que va a hacer para su piel. Para quienes no lo conozcan, en resumen BB cremas es un producto todo-en-uno destinados a ahorrar varios pasos y te ayudará a lograr un "impecable" aspecto saludable en tu tono de piel, protección solar, anti oxidantes, la hidratación y color. Para ser completamente honesto, esto no es siempre el caso, dado que las cantidades de las cremas bb que yo personalmente he probado puedo decirle que casi había renunciado. Esto es, hasta que me topé con Dior BB creme. pedí una muestra para llevar a casa y probar, me di cuenta por qué no todas estavan mal. Yo estoy muy contenta de haber encontrado esta BB Creme.  Es muy pigmentada que casi parece una base, pero se siente tan ligero en la cara que pensaras que no te pusiste nada. Sólo se ofrece en cuatro colores, y me coinciden con 003 perfectamente, no puedo esperar para probar más de Dior Nude. ¿Tiene un favorito BB Crema que deba probar?
