Valentines Day 2018 Date Night Inspired Makeup Look Using Only One Eyeshadow Palette!

 Happy February my beautiful people, I am so happy to finally have a video up for you guys. If you follow me on Instagram (you should be) then you saw that I lost almost 4 hours worth of makeup tutorials! Completely erased and as you can imagine I was very upset, but the surprising thing is I was only upset for a few minutes. After that I was just back to business, I tried to recoup as much as I could save and here is this super fun makeup tutorial. 

So there is this "challenge" its been around for at least a year now, where the challenge is to create a makeup look using all the colors of one palette. The real challenge of course is to come up with a wearable look, and my friends I think I accomplished that! Would you agree? 

The Huda Beauty Rose Gold Edition comes with 18 colors, the palettes has mattes, chrome, pressed pearls, and metal eyeshadows. I was very impressed at how most of the eyeshadows blended do nicely together. The pressed pearls and chrome were more tricky to blend but that is to be expected with the formula. 

The staying power was very impressive, the above picture was taken 4 hours after I had recorded the look and everything was still very much set. For people with hooded eyes, this is very rare that the colors don't start to blend in with one another and crease.

I loved it because of all that and it simply made my skin look perfect, even my grandmother commented how great my skin looked. The wearability is like no other foundation I own, the first day I used it I wore it for 16 hours, yes you read that correctly 16!!! I looked at the mirror right before I jumped in the shower and to my surprise my face was still on, even my highlight was still barely but showing. I love this setting spray so much I want it in gallons. I will tell you how amazing it is that it replaces my Urban Decay  setting spray. I still like it but it doesn't compare to this one at all, lets start by the fact that I sweat like a beast! Me encanta este spray tanto que lo quiero en galones, te diré lo increíble que es sustituye a mi spray de Urban Decay. Me sigue gustando, pero no se compara en absoluto, sudo como una bestia haci que para mi es muy importante tener un buen setting spray! Tomé a este bebé conmigo a mi viaje a Miami para ponerlo a  prueba y déjame decirte que mi maquillaje no se movió en absoluto. Lilly Ghalichi Lilly Lashes Review And Photos!

I love me some fake lashes and there is nothing that can spice up a look more then lashes. This lashes are really nice and what I love the most about them is that they look and feel so natural. I have tried a lot of lashes all price range so I have a good idea of what I like in lashes. What I like the most about these ones, is that the strip is soooo thin it really blends with your natural lash line. 

Me encanta usar pestañas postisas , le dan un toque de glamour y sexapeal a cualquier look. Esta collecion de pestañas son muy lindas y me encanta por lo natural que se sienten y lucen. Yo personalmente eh tratado muchos tipos de pestañas y se lo que me gusta y lo que no. Particularmente lo que me gustan mas de estas son su banda fina la que ayuda a que luzcan mas natural y sea mas facil de applicar. 

Instabul has been worn by me a few times now and I love it, its really a nice set of lashes and they look really natural on. I wore it for the Keira Knightley look I did and a few times after that, I even wore them without any other eye makeup on and they looked so natural!

Tehran is beautiful too but they can definitely be a little fuller, I wore this and they are perfect for a someone is just starting to add lashes to their makeup routine but is not ready to go too dramatic just yet. 

Tehran son bellas pero como las anteriores pudieran ser un poco mas gruesa para mi gusto. 

Hong Kong are bottom lashes and I will be completely honest I have NEVER worn them or any bottom lashes. I do how ever want to try them out one day I'm feeling super glam.

St. Tropez are corner lashes I like to use them with Tehran, together they look beautiful and make more of a cat eye look.

I Found The Perfect Contouring Brush!

Contouring is probably one of the trickiest things that a makeup artist or anyone wants to perfect. The tools that we use are a BIG part of the results and I found an excellent brush to get flawless results and I'm soooo happy to share with you all. This brush is AMAIZING and I'll tell you why; it's all in the curves, see the problem I always found in some "contour" brushes is that they are flat and our faces are not flat we have curves in our cheeks and this brush hugs my face and blends the product seemlessly. Another advantage from the curves is that the contour looks more natural and not so drawn in. I LOVE this brush sephora did a great job. This brush was meant to be used to apply foundation but I have honestly never used it for other then contouring.

Mis amores les encontré la brocha perfecta para hacernos contornos. Estoy tan feliz pues una de las cosas que como maquillista quiero perfeccionar es hacer el contorno perfecto a mis clienta y para mi también! Esta brocha fue creada con la intención de ser usada para aplicarse las bases, yo honestamente nunca la eh usado para otra cosa que no sea contorno. Lo que me encanta de esta brusha son las curvas, son perfecta pues va con la estructura de nuestras cara ya que la mayorías de las briagas son plana y aveces hacen lucir el contorno muy exagerado oh obvio.

My Favorite Product For A Dewy Skin: Mac Strobe Cream

I don't know about you but I love that luminous glow that Jennifer Lopez is known for. I think it looks so sexy and makes your skin look younger versus a matte flat look. I have oily skin so achieving this look is not always easy for me because I can either look like JLO or a pot of grease. One product that I've been loving so much is MAC's strobe cream, it makes achieving that glow so much easier. This cream can be used alone, mixed with your foundation, or over your foundation in the areas you want to hight light. I will make this clear I DO NOT recommend this for everyday use, this is one of the most misused products from MAC and using this everyday can clog your pores and cause you to break out! I know there are people that use this everyday with no problem but this is just my opinion. Something that I do love about this product is that it come packed with high amounts of anti-oxidants and moisturizing agents. Have you tried this product before? 

No sé de ti pero me encanta ese resplandor luminoso que Jennifer Lopez siempre luce. Creo que se ve tan sexy y hace que su piel parece más joven frente a un aspecto mate plano. Tengo piel grasosa para lograr este look no siempre es fácil para mí porque puedo parecer JLO o un bote de grasa. Un producto que he sido amante es Strobe cream de MAC, hace lograr ese resplandor mucho más fácil. Esta crema puede ser utilizada solo, mezclado con su fundación, o sobre sus bases en las áreas que desee dar la luz. Aclararé yo no recomiendo esto para el uso diario, este es uno de los productos más abuso de MAC y usando todos los días puede obstruir los poros y causarte acné  Sé que hay gente que usa todos los días sin ningún problema, pero esto es sólo mi opinión. Algo que me gusta de este producto es que viene embalado con altas cantidades de antioxidantes y agentes humectantes. ¿Has probado este producto antes?

Date Night!

 My husband and I very rarely get to go on dates, so when my sister -in-law offered to watch the girls while we finish moving we was so happy. We spent the whole day moving things in the house and cleaning, but made sure we finished at a decent time so we could sneak in a date night. I wasn't planning on taking any pics, but out of the blue he so thoughtful suggested I took some. Here is the outfit I put together, I recently purchased all with the exception of the bag so they should still be available in stores ;)

Chanel Soleil Tan Bronze Universal!

  I had heard so much about the Soleil Tan De Chanel, that I thought it was time to try it out! I had wanted to purchase it before, but it’s always sold out! At one point a lady at a Chanel counter told me that it had been discontinued. While I was in New York a couple weeks ago, I finally got it! Truth is, it’s just as amazing as I have heard! It is soooo velvety and smooth, it blends perfectly on skin and works great for very light contouring or all over bronze, if you just mix a small amount with your foundation. However, it is definitely not a strong bronzer, it’s very subtle and natural, which is why I love it! It actually just looks like a subtle bronze, not orange, just tanned! I love it! Do you have a favorite bronzer?

Había oído tantas cosas sobre el Soleil Tan De Chanel, que pensé que era hora de probarlo! Hubiera querido comprar antes, pero siempre se agotaron. En un momento dado una señora en un mostrador de Chanel me dijo que había sido descontinuado. Mientras yo estaba en Nueva York hace un par de semanas, finalmente lo conseguí! Es verdad, es tan sorprendente como he oído! Es tan suave y aterciopelada, se integra perfectamente en la piel y funciona muy bien para el contorno muy ligero o en bronce, si sólo usas una pequeña cantidad y la mezcla con su fundación. Sin embargo, definitivamente no es un bronceador fuerte, es muy sutil y natural, por eso me encanta! En realidad parece un bronce sutil, no naranja, sólo bronceado! ¡Me encanta! ¿Tienes un bronceador favorito?

Heavily Applied/ Puesto Con Bastante Producto 

DIY: Awesome Cellulite Body Scrub/ Haslo En Casa: Anti-celulitis Exfoliante Corporal

 It seems that every woman, no matter how genetically blessed has at least one dimple some where, if not a few hundred! I always thought I would be dimple free, but that was just a fairy tale! I was trying to find a natural home scrub and found this one, and I must admit that I'm in love. It feels so nice on my skin and I can actually feel it working plus the smell of coffee made me feel refreshed and awake! I don't drink coffee but if someone was to tell me that drinking it will vanish my celullite I would start jugging it down! try it and let me know how you like it!

Awesome Cellulite Body Scrub:

2 Cups Ground Coffee
1 Cup Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil or Almond Oil (I use more than 4 tablespoons, and baby oil)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use the scrub in the shower. Make sure to be careful to wash scrub off well, as the coffee could stain towel or clothing if not rinsed well.  Feel free to add essential oils if desired as well!

 I've been in the hunt for a concealer that won't crease for ever now. There are so many concealer a out there that promise to be creaseless bug that's never the case. Untill the Benefit Fake Up Concealer that is pretty amazing! It actually does not crease, words I never thought I would say about a concealer! The pigment in this concealer is wrapped up in a layer of vitamin e and it works to not only nourish and protect skin, but also somehow magically keeps from creasing! I was really impressed that at the end of the day under eye circles were barely noticeable! The only thing I will say is it definitely streaks when you apply it, so you should stipple it with a sponge to prevent that from happening. I would also avoid using this any other place then under your eyes since it can be a little oily for the rest of your face. 

This concealer also completely banished my dark circles and gives you a beautiful appearance in photos! Again Don't  apply too much, since it does have that moisture layer, it can look greasy if you over do it! Keep it light, you really don’t need too much! So far, I am in love with this concealer! It’s almost too good to be true!

DIY: Yummy Lip Scrub/ Hazlo En Casa: Un Exfoliante Para Labios

There's nothing less attractive then dry chapped lips, here's a quick recipe you can make from the comfort of your home that will give you sexy soft lips in no time....

Here’s what you’ll need:

• 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
• 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar
• Small glass container or bowl for mixing

Mix together 1/4 teaspoon olive oil and 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar in a glass container or bowl.  Apply to lips, gently rubbing in a circular motion.  Rinse off excess with water.  The brown sugar will rinse off leaving a small amount of the olive oil behind, which adds moisture and a little shine to your lips.  Follow with your favorite all-natural lip balm if desired.  This recipe makes enough for one application.

I Can't Live Without My.../ No Puedo Vivir Sin Mi... Vol 2

I'm so anal with certain things, I need my sheets and towels to be all white.  The one thing that I can't be without is my silk pillow, and yes it's white too! I've been sleeping on a silk pillow for a few years now and I swear I can't sleep comfortable on anything else. It's soft material is supposed to help with wrinkles, which I guess only time will tell. But the one thing I can definitely tell you is that your hair will thank you If you decide to switch to a silk pillow. It helps prevent damage that our regular cotton pillow case create with the constant friction. The only thing is that they are not easy to find, atleast not real silk ones. I order mines online. Have you tried switching to a silk pillow?

Yo soy muy anal con ciertas cosas, necesito mis sábanas y toallas que Sean todo blanco! La única cosa que yo no puedo estar sin es mi almohada de seda, y sí tiene que ser blanco también! He estado durmiendo sobre una almohada de seda por un par de años y te juro que no puedo dormir cómodo en cualquier otra cosa. Fashion Post: Fall Edition/ Edicion De Otoño

This post might make some of you sad, to think that Summer is almost over... But for me I couldn't be more happy. I mean don't get me wrong I enjoy the summer but I cant stand the heat sometimes. Nothing feels worst then getting all dressed up and then stepping out to an oven. I start to get all sweaty and uncomfortable and all I want to do is run back home and chill in my house under the AC. The Fall is so much different I love getting dress and going out for walks and be comfortable, not too cold or too hot. I wanted to share with you some of my favorite fall fashion for day and night. I Cant Live Without My / No Puedo Vivir Sin Mi... Vol 1

 As much as I love trying out new products, there are always the ones that make the difference by becoming part of my routine. Three Beautifying Ways To Use Baking Soda/ Tres Maneras Maravillosas De Usar Bicabonato De Sodio!

 

 I hope you guys are having a WONDERFUL weekend, but also take some time to enjoy some serious beautifying with Baking Soda! I loooove what it does and it’s clarifying powers! I put together three ways you can use this amazing product Soooo enjoy!

At Home Dermabrasion

Simply use 2 tablespoons baking soda and mix with a bit of warm water till you have a watery paste. Then, using your hands, massage your face with the formula in a circular motion. Do this for about 2-3 minutes and enjoy it. Relax while you do it! Rinse as usual and follow with your favorite moisturizer! Repeat weekly as needed.

Bright Whites

Who doesn’t want a smile that is super bright and radiates healthy teeth? I got this recipe from Dr. Oz himself.. 

In a small bowl, mix a little bit of baking soda with the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon. The mixture should bubble slightly.Using a cotton swab, wipe saliva and excess plaque from your teeth before brushing on the mixture. Leave the mixture on your teeth for a minute before gently brushing it off with a toothbrush.

Don’t leave the mixture on your teeth for any longer than a minute; the acid erode tooth enamel.

Grow Your Mane!

Try mixing 2 teaspoons of baking powder with 1/4 cup conditioner. Use this after you shampoo and apply the conditioning mixture as you would normally do. If you don’t use the entire mixture in one go, save some for next time. You can do this a few times a week, but make sure you also use a clarifying shampoo every other week (or once a month if your hair is dry) to avoid buildup. This will help your hair grow thick and beautiful!

Gorgeous Coconut Hair Mask/ Mascarilla De Coco Para Un Pelo Hermoso!

 Summer time is were, as much as you like your blow dry, you know the insane humidity of summer won’t let you rock your locks the way you want to! No matter what, there’s always a solution. I’ve really love using coconut oil and lately it’s been my cure-all! It is so great to help with dark circles, dry skin, dry ends in your hair, and pretty much everything in between honestly it’s amazing! So, this mask is actually sooo easy to do and it’s with ingredients you probably have already! I love this for fighting frizz, but also for added shine!

GORGEOUS COCONUT HAIR CONDITIONING MASK

Ingredients

1/2 – 1 cup of your favorite conditioner
2 tablespoons raw honey
2 tablespoons coconut  oil

Mix together ingredients in a slightly whipping manner, making sure everything blends well. Then starting with ends, apply with a comb and saturate hair. Tie hair up and leave for 10-20 minutes, then wash and condition as usual.

 Este tiempo de verano es muy duro para tu pelo, con la humedad horrible y el sol tan fuerte tu blower no dura tanto como quisieres. Pero no importa, siempre hay una solución. Me encanta usar aceite de coco y últimamente ha sido mi cura todo! Es genial y me ayuda con ojeras, piel seca,  honestamente que es increíble! Así que, esta máscararilla es realmente tan fácil de hacer y con ingredientes que probablemente tienes ya! Me encanta para combatir el frizz, pero también para el brillo adicional!

Ingredientes:

Media vaso de tu acondicionador favorito

Dos cucharada de miel

Dos cucharadas de aceite de coco

Mezclen todos los productos juntos como si estuvieran batiendo huevos, aseguren que los productos mezclen bien. Empieza por las puntas, aplicatelo usando un peine y saturate bien el pelo. Ponte un gorrito y relajase por 10-20 minutos, lavate el pelo y peinate como acostumbras.

Drugstore Product Of The Week/ El Producto De La Semana!

 I have been so busy with moving that my face has been getting neglected lately, and thats not a good thing for anyone but specially for a skin like mine. I went from a clear skin to the most acneic skin ever, it was truly horrible to the point where people would actually stop me and suggested something for me to use. As if all the stress wasn't enough I was also in Esthetic school, there where days that my skin felt like it wanted to run away from how painful it felt. The last few months of school was definitely the best for my skin since at this point we could pick and choose the treatments we need it and not to mention we all knew what we where doing at this point. My skin improved about a 90% and now even with the lack of tlc its been getting its still doing pretty good. The one product that has been keeping me acne free is amassing, EFFACLAR DUO is a fragrance-free lotion containing an effective amount of benzoyl peroxide and LHA  which is claimed to help with the exfoliation of the skin . It also contains antioxidant vitamin E and a good anti-irritant to help reduce redness from blemishes. I swear that this product has made the difference in my skin care, as soon as I feel a little bump coming I apply this and it just helps it heal faster and without leaving a mark behind. I recommend this product for anyone suffering from acne, start by applying it at night time and just make sure to always apply sunscreen since this will make your skin more sensitive at first.

He estado tan ocupada con la mudanza que mi cara últimamente esta siendo descuidada, y eso no es bueno para nadie, pero especialmente para una piel como la mía. Pasé de una piel clara a la piel mas acnéica. Como si todo el estrés no fuera suficiente también estaba en la escuela estética, donde días mi piel sentía quería huir de lo doloroso que se sentía. Los últimos meses de escuela fue definitivamente el mejor para mi piel puesto que en este momento podíamos elegir los tratamientos adecuado para mi tipo de piel. Mi cara mejoro sobre un 90% y ahora, incluso con la falta del atención sigue haciendo bastante bien. Un producto que me ha mantenido libre de acné es, EFFACLAR DUO es una loción sin perfume que contiene una cantidad efectiva de peróxido de benzoilo y LHA que se reclama para ayudar con la exfoliación de la piel. También contiene antioxidantes Vitamina E y un buen anti-irritación para ayudar a reducir el enrojecimiento y las manchas. Te juro que este producto ha marcado la diferencia en el cuidado de mi piel, tan pronto como siento un monstruo en el camino me aplico esto y no sólo lo ayuda a sanar más rápido tambien sin dejar una marca. Recomiendo este producto para cualquier persona sufren de acné, empezar por aplicarlo por la noche y asegúrate siempre aplicar protector solar ya que esto hará que tu pie se siental más sensible al principio.
