Drugstore Skincare Product Of The Week: Nivea Moisturizing Body Wash Care Almond Oil Hibiscus Scent.

Nivea is one of my favorite brands for drugstore body care, their  body products are hydrating and just the perfect amount of scent. I started using the almond oil and hibiscus scent moisturizing body wash, and my skin loves it!  

It is formulated with Nivea's Hydra IQ Technology and Almond Oil, to intensely moisturize your skin, but without the greasy feel. Priced under $5, I have compared it to more expensive body washes and if not equally better its very close. 

What I like to do for extra dewy soft skin is to apply it with just my hands, like a lotion. Then I rinse it with cool to cold water. I pat dry my skin. I come out and hydrate with lotions and or oil to lock in the moisture. My skin has been so soft and hydrated this winter, I am so happy to have a budget friendly routine that works for my super dry skin.

Is This The Best Day Cream? It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+Illumination With SPF 50+ Review!

 I thinks its the first time that I sit down and review a product the first time I try it, thats how stunning It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream looks and feels on my skin. I have been on the market for a great day time routine makeup, and this will be my go to. The finish is perfection, one pump gave me a medium to full coverage but my face still looked "natural". The best way to describe it is it looks like your Your Skin But Better! 

I love when a product actually delivers what it claims to do, after wearing it for around 10 hours my makeup never cracked or budge. Every other product that I applied after it went on flawlessly. I am really impressed by this CC cream, and even with such a high SPF there was 0 flashbacks. For The Smoothest Skin: fresh Brown Sugar Body Polish Review!

   Smooth skin is life and a good scrub will give you just that. A good scrub needs the best combination of exfoliation and hydration. A scrub with no hydrating ingredients can over exfoliate which irritate the skin, one with too much oils, soaps, or other add ons can be too hydrating but not aid in the skin turnover we want from a scrub. 

What I love the most about this scrub is how soft my skin feels, and not a super oily and tacky feeling that some leave behind. A baby smooth softness that very few scrubs give. The best part is that the feeling lasts for days. Moisturizing after is really not necessary at all!

DIY Of The Week: Grow Longer Healthier Hair With Four Ingredients In Your Kitchen!

  I can honestly say that nothing keeps my hair healthier or growing long like my all natural DIY masks. I can tell the difference almost immediately after washing the masks off and the benefits don't stop there. One of my all time favorite masks is made up of four of my favorite ingredients; Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Honey, and Egg. Rich in proteins, omega-3, anti fungal and hydrating ingredients. I like to use this mask every other week, and use a regular shampoo and conditioner in between. 

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 egg

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients, make sure to beat the egg first before adding the other ingredients. 
2. Apply it to hair, coat starting from root to ends, massaging it in the scalp in slow circulation motion. This will encourage faster hair growth 
3. Cover hair with a plastic shower cap and leave it on for at least 30 minutes. I leave it on while I clean around the house to get the maximum benefits.
4. Rinse
5. Wash off hair completely and style as usual.
6. Enjoy beautiful, long, healthy hair!

I love little changes that don't require much effort but that improve your health, hair and skin significantly. I have been taking cold showers for a few months now and let me tell you, it has improve my lifestyle significantly. I come out of that shower feeling energized and ready for whatever the day brings. My skin also loves it, I have noticed an overall improvement in my skin tone and hydration. My hair is falling out less, looks shinier and air dries frizz free. I got the chance to try Aloette's muddy up mask and it's AWESOME, if you follow me on Instagram then you saw me try it live on my insta-story. As always I try everything before giving it a final review and this one was a hit.

My take: It rocks! It felt so soothing and I could see my black heads and whiteheads coming up (ew) but also very satisfying. The Makeup Eraser Review!

I finally decide to try the Makeup Eraser and I'm SOLD! My hesitation was obvious, I thought it was another "trendy" product that popular bloggers where talking about that would eventually end up being another too good to be true product. Well I was walking in sephora completely uninspired and unmotivated to buy makeup, yes one of those very uncommon days..... I decided to pick this and another product. If you follow me on Snapchat you know I have been on a no makeup month and so this sat on my vanity for a few weeks. 

Today I took the dust off my makeup brushes and decided to look put together, and I finally got my chance to try this makeup eraser towel. I had a full face of makeup and after wiping my face a few times with the towel wet my makeup was completely off. I was impressed but not completely sold, it still had to pass the toner test. I could not believe it guys The cotton pad was completely clean!!! I swear even after washing my face with face wash a few times I never had pass the toner test.

My Current Skincare Routine Great For Combination Acne-Prone Skin!

If you have been following my blog for some time now you probably now my skin struggles, if you not.... I'll catch you up; I had THE worst adult acne breakout ever! I tried everything and was even put on antibiotics by my dermatologist. I cleared up my face and Im happy to say my face is back to normal (occasional) breakouts and no excessive oils. 

With my pregnancies I always take a break from using too many products, I don't really need them and I don't like to think I'm putting chemicals into my (baby) body. The key for me has been to not over stimulate my skin, I only scrub if I'm using a lot of makeup on those days. I can't say enough how important staying hydrated is to your whole well being, but the first place that you start to feel and see a difference is your skin. the post is already long so let me know if you would like my review on any particular one and I can do that on another post! 

This Winter Get More Beautiful Skin And Hair/ Este Invierno Obtengan Una Piel Mas Hermosa Y cabello Mas Saludable!

I dont know about you, but I was not excited about winter this year. However I find that I am so much more motivated to work out, try out new skin treatments and let my hair rest. Below is a list of things that are better to do in the cold season.

• Try a new skin care routine, your skin probably feels drier and tighter.  The skin needs more moisture and richer so the light-oil free products might not be sufficient. 

• Add Retinol to your skin care. They're great for wrinkles and acne, but sun exposure can cause photosensitivity, so winter is best time to test them out but don't forget you still need to apply sunscreen. 

• Grow your hair! Taking supplements like biotin  may help... but they may also stimulate body-hair growth! so try them in the winter when you are no bare-legged or sleeveless. 

• Try a darker hue! Darker hair color looks healthier.

No sé sobre usted, pero estoy muy emocionada por el invierno. Me parece que estoy mucho más motivados a trabajar, probar nuevos tratamientos para la piel y mi cabello. A continuación se muestra una lista de las cosas que son mejor que hacer en la temporada fría.

• Probablemente la piel se te sienta bien apretada y seca es importante reemplazar su cuidado de piel con lociones mas ricas e hidratantes.

My Favorite Recipes For Hair And Skin Using Coffee/ Mis Cinco Recetas Favoritas Para El Cuidado De Mi Piel Y Cabello Usando Cafe!

 I don't drink coffee and I try to stay away from any drinks that contain caffeine, it makes me super jittery and really sicK. I do however love the smell and I love even more to use it in my skin care, if like me you have really bad dark circles than you probably know that most of the eye creams contain coffee and after you try some of my favorite DIY treatments you will see why! 

The caffeine in coffee has benefits like treating redness and inflammation, to getting rid of the horrible cellulite. Coffee contains anti-inflamatory and antioxidant properties that can keep your skin bright and soft. Also the caffeine can shrink the blood vessel under your eyes reducing circles and puffy eyes. Try some or all of these beauty DIY and let me know how you liked them....

Coffee Face Mask:

• 2 tbsp of freshly ground coffee (or used grinds)
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 tablespoons of whole milk, heavy cream, or yogurt 
• 1 tbsp of honey

Mix all ingredients together and apply a light coat to face let sit for about 15 minutes. Remove with warm wash cloth.

Coffee Body Scrub:

• 1 Cup of coffee grounds
• 1 Cup of coconut oil melted
• 1-3 Drops of lemon essential oil 
• 1-3 Drops of orange essential oil
• 1/2 Cup coconut sugar 

Caffeine Eye Coffe Mask:

• 1 tbsp of organic coffee
• 1 tbsp of honey 
• 1 tbsp of vitamin e oil

Mix all the ingredients together and apply a thick layer under your eyes, leave it on for 15-20 minutes and rinse off. 

Coffee Eye Pads: 

• Brew some organic coffee and let it cool. Dip a cotton pad in it and use it to treat your puffy or tired eyes. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes. 

Shiny Hair Treatment 

• Coffee
• Water

Prepare a strong coffee, then add a bit of water. let it cool until the mixture is lukewarm. Standing in the tub, pour the liquid onto your hair hair and scalp, then put a shower cap on and sit for 20 minutes. Wash out with warm water.

Friday Favorite: Motives Red My Lips Lipstick Palette

Motives cosmetics is ranking pretty high in my lists of favorites brands right now. They are doing a great job at creating not only trendy beautiful makeup but very versatile and all age appropriate and at a decent price mark. I am loving their Red My lips quad palate for many reasons but mainly because god knows I live red lips. The colors apply like a lip balm and look like lipstick, the colors range from a subtle pink to bold red. The palate is a great addition to my pro kit as well as personal, and its rich in vitamin c so no dry lips now in the colder weather. 

La marca de cosmeticos Motives esta haciendo un gran trabajo creando productos no solo lindos y a la moda si no que también apropiado para el uso de cualquier grupo de edades. Esta paleta de labiales rojos me fascina y esta bien balanceada con tonos rosa y rojos intensos que lucen en todo tipos de pieles. Compre dos una para añadir en mi kit profesional y otra para uso profesional, también me encanta que tiene vitamina E hacia no reseca los labios para la temperatura mas fría que vienen. El producto aplica como una balma pero luce como pintalabios.
